but, how do I exercise for the butterfly technique- outside of swimming, because my hands and feet easily tired while using it.

Makes sense... I certainly haven't seen ALL of the videos yet, but I'm working on it. It's hard to get through all of them from RPC though. Something about blocking all videos ;)

May I suggest showing an IM turn that leads into backstroke? I have a feeling I'm wasting time trying to grab the all too precious breath of air on the transfer... ;)

when can swimTv does a IM backstroke back to breast flip turn? that is by far the hardest to master and understood.....
