It's amusing to me that your entire town is built on one-lane roads, despite these being industrial areas where I'd expect only service roads to be one lane, and even then, rarely.
22:53 The railroad crossing barriers are inverted; they go up when a train is coming and stay down when the junction is clear
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they go down into the ground! is an issue with sequenced gear shifts on server restarts and it's annoying! lol
@@MrBeardstoneYou could fix that with some redstone contacts that check the position of the barriers to ensure that they can never miss a movement

The pumps should be the taller version, but you should add one that's small to the side like an air pump that some have for tires/tyres.

The service station (gas station, petrol station, whatever) should also have a dumpster and a side door for employees, and also air compressors to pump tires

There are slab variants for a lot of the blocks he uses, but there are reasons he uses the framed ones

I think the convenience store owner inside the petrol station should be a Potoo called Percey or Peat
If it can be done, have the vehicles stop every now and then for "fuel" for like a few seconds and then off back to thwir deliveries
He's gonna go crazy once Simulated, Offroad, Aeronautics and High Seas comes out. He'll be able to make vehicles that aren't just disguised trains

As cool as a spinning sign would be, i know from my own testing that the immersive paintings don't work on contraptions.
it'll assemble properly but the paintings get left behind and just pop back into items
Hey, Beardy! If you need lots of emeralds for drawer upgrades, try the Create Sifters mod! I use that and you can get a lot of emeralds, diamonds and crushed ores with the highest tier sifter!

I'm surprised you hadn't put Create Central Kitchen in sooner, I always enjoyed the idea of building automation to create a late-game food (or foods if you have mods that add nutrition stats), I'm excited to see what you'll build with the addon now that you added it!

You should add quark to your modpack. It allows to place down vertical slabs, adds a bunch of decorative and functional blocks as well as use a trowel so that you can texture any surfaces you build without having to go back and manually replace every block by just keeping them in your hotbar while you use the trowel, among other features
make it so the glass doors open with skulk sensors kind of like at a grocery store with automatic doors.

You should make a airport with a plane. I will tell you how to make the plane. All you have to do is place the phantom railroad tracks in the sky and make a plane. That’s an idea I thought of.
Your videos are great! Really enjoy your building techniques and how you make everything look lived in/worn. What about making a working lighthouse with the create items?
I wish youd record with lower lighting and shaders more often. Adds a lot ofvuety and ambience to watching the builds.

You need to sell classic cafe food in the petrol station. Like lukewarm sausages and pre made sandwiches with questionable salad thats definately gone bad but the date on the product is in 42 years.

Loved the video @Mr.Beardstone! Can't wait for the next video man! Your Gas Station (UK: Petrol Station) looks pretty great man, although I do have a few ideas to Tweak things a bit.
• The Storeroom (or the Back Room) should probably have a Small Window in it so that only the Staff can see once they get to the Door. Something along the lines of the Basic Create Mod Train Car Doors should do the Trick.
• This might not just be for the Gas/Petrol Station, but if you were to use Something like a Trapdoor as a Manhole Cover in the Intersections, it would make going down below everything a lot easier.
• The Pumps should be about as Tall as the Player, so no more than 2 Blocks in Height.
• The Area for the Pumps could be made into something like an Oval, just take the Slabs off of each corner and you should be fine.
Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video man! Didn't think Foxy would show up here! If that's the Case, then maybe use it as a Trading Hub of sorts for the World.

I just love this series! A suggestion for the walls or curbing where the trains or trucks clip the blocks - rather than alter them perhaps use a cracked block instead that would show the wear and tear?

Definitely think taller would look best for the pumps. And then you could keep one of them as the glass tank and put actual oil or something in it at different levels for each pump?
You should do the next area in the lush cave or around it, kind of like buildings attached to the caves walls or just around the lush cave.
