I get my honey from the Amish. God Bless the Amish! And they make the best cheeses.
Thank you for this great reveal. I’m S too easy to get hooked by honey promoting carnivores that use Dairy too!
Hey Petra, thanks for being transparent and sharing your recent experience with honey. I think when we eat so clean, and suddenly feel like garbage, it's a great clue for us to identify quickly what created the issue. I am sure raw honey as you mention, is not without it's own issues unfortunately, and can be extremely addictive like other forms of sugar, as you mention. We live and learn, and all these learnings help us to live an optimal life.
Even if You can't ingest raw honey it's good to have around. It works great in place of Neosporin on cuts. Really good for minor burns. The pain goes down immediately after putting it on.
It's not just honey that's being contaminated. Farmers are finding out chicken feed purchased from TSC is being laced with something that's causing chickens to NOT lay eggs. Once they switched to locally produced chicken feed, the chickens began laying eggs again. I don't eat a lot of honey, but a fellow here where we live sells his own at local stores in town. No problems thus far.
Glyphosate should be outlawed.
🍯 HONEY
never eat fructose or sugar
@KingTojPisces Many former hunter-gatherers also become alcoholic and addicted to junk food after contact with western people. Some take illegal pills, and some sniff gasoline. Can you imagine a paleolithic dude in a supermarket? Beer! Potato chips! Ice cream!
Big difference between wild honey, in a clean environment, and farmed honey in a glyphosate infested environment. Also, when they eat honey, they eat the comb with it. Also, it's scarce and not a staple in their diet.
Just another form of sugar, like fruit
Regardless of marketing, or so called health benefits
Kind of strange but eating non local honey can give you allergic problems! My Aunt brought back some Honey from Oregon and went into shock! I guess, it is about the flowers the honey is made from! 🤔
Just to let you know (Glyphosate) is a widely used herbicide that controls weeds and grasses and not a pesticide. But as you know that is where the bees get the pollen to make their honey.
technically, a weed is a pest. herbicides belong to the class of pesticides, so it is incorrect to refer to herbicides as non-pesticides. in addition, glyphosate has distinct antibiotic properties and are quite harmful for bees, especially for larvae but also for adult bees since it destroys their digestive system and makes them more susceptible to infections
I only have one question for you: do you have a birth mark somewhere on your body/on the back ?
Hi, i could not find you on yoo Tube no more, so I looked up carnivore cheesecake and there you are. Keep up what you doing, Happy to have you back 😁🤗🤗
I started having berries, cream and erythritol because I missed having something sweet after my main meal. It feels now like it has become habitual and I have subtly upped the sweetness level so I can relate to a lot of what you are saying about honey. Also erythritol is not a natural product.
Petra, yes, honey can have round up in it but that is more of a long term cancer risk type of issue, not a one day flare up thing. You can have an allergy to the particular type of flowers that the bees visited and/or you can just have a reaction to eating too much sugar. Honey is sugar but with a slicker marketing department. Glyphosate (the accent is on the first syllable) is an herbicide not a pesticide. They then make GMO crops that are "Round Up Ready" meaning they are immune to glyphosate and they can drench them in it to kill other weed plants trying to get in on all the water and fertilizer action. The problem is that the air above the crops doesn't care where it goes. Even if the particular flowers your honey came from are glyphosate free, there is no way of being sure that the farm next door was running a glyphosate free operation growing its alfalfa or whatever. So, even if a honey jar says glyphosate free, there is really no way to ever be sure about this. Just stop eating honey. You don't need it, it's not a superfood, and it is at the top of a very slippery slope.
Just made the same mistake with honey in milkshake with raw cocoa. It went out of control. I'm back on day 5 after quitting, already feeling much better. Never again. (I actually just think it's the sugar that is the main cause).
Glysophate, Round Up, is not a pesticide, its a weed killer. They GMO crops so they will not be affected by Round Up and the weeds die.Not only that but ALL non organic oats and wheat are sprayed with Round Up at harvest. Its used as a desiccant. So ALL wheat and oat products have Round Up residue, unless its organic. And its not the quality of the honey its the sugars in the honey.
any idea why glyphosate, which is one of the quite powerful pesticides, did not work on the bees?
Glyphosate is an herbicide, not a pesticide,
great, I have a question for you. is weed a pest? besides, glyphosate has been proven to be quite toxic to bees
@@v.a.n.e. It is an herbicide; I used to use it because it works very well. It _also_ affects animals and insects, but there are insecticides that are much stronger, and no one uses it as an insecticide.
herbicides are a subgroup of pesticides. weeds are a pest. you should be familiar with the fact that the primary use for which glyphosate was granted a patent was as an antibiotic. I have another theory; they were probably poisoned with "mad honey" which sometimes, but not quite rarely, happens when raw honey is used that has not passed the appropriate quality control@@Michelle-Eden
@@v.a.n.e. You should be familiar with the fact that your definitions are idiosyncratic and pedantic, and do not reflect how others define these words. Yet for one who aspires to the formal and academic, it is surprising that you are apparently unfamiliar with the fact that sentences begin with a capital letter.
Hi im new here i just wanted to say i love your hair style is there a name for it and for Monsanto call it what it is it is monsatan they need to ban that stuff and ban monsatan from all the world they poison the food and the animals that we eat nasty stuff round up
Thank you so much! It’s called a mullet, similar styles can be a shag, or a shullet (mullet + shag).
Nnnnno, 👎🏻…her hair was so cute 9 months ago.
Petra, maybe try pranic nutrition, it seems crazy, but there are people out there for whom it works.
Isn't pranic nutrition even more restrictive than a vegan diet?
It is and it is not. You do not eat material food and focus on energy nutrition. It's not for everyone, not everyone would want it that way. Prana is life energy and is everywhere and in everything. There are various techniques for nourishing prana, but at the same time it is a very individual way, you can also taste food for pleasure. It is actually a matter of the ratio of how much you live on energy and how much you really need material food. Have a nice day :)
@@v.a.n.e.
I agree that breatharianism is a very cost-effective way of living, but it is woefully short and with disastrous consequences, as Jasmuheen's public debunking on 60 Minutes Australia demonstrated. technically, non-material nourishment does not exist. even oxygen, however not typically recognized by nutritionists as nutrient, is a substance that we cannot survive without. If you're just trying to be a breatharian, please stop before it's too late. okay?@@alicehejclova95
Drunkin coffee means whatever your doing isn't working.
Have you tried the sugar free honey. I guess the sweet is still on the slope.
Could be allergies. I find I can have cheap fake honey and not react and if I have local raw honey it kills me. Throat, eyes, stomach. but I know I have pollen allergy. I was okay with MANUKA honey though.
i find i have some sort of meat aversion whenever starting carnivore… after a few days, meat is unappealing almost. but, whenever combined with carbs - it’s no problem. thoughts?
You're addicted to carbs.
I guessed thats what it was. I dont feel comfortable being a carnivore police so i dont think i have or ever will tell some what not to eat unless asked. We are all different, some can handle this or that. so i say to myself you do you and ill do me
Are you still coffee clear ? Have you expérienced real benefits from not drinking coffee ?
Pollen allergy comes to my mind.
Very interesting. Didn’t think of that but will do some digging.
Have you checked yourself for CIRS?
good for you... sugar is sugar... stay away!!!
❤
I can't touch honey. Worst stomach aches.
you're so healthy and lovely, but please find a hairdresser
why do you think her hairstyle is not the work of a hairdresser? other than that, it doesn't seem like she needs to change anything about her hair
🤣
In my personal non-avatar opinion, if you can spend almost no time primping in front of a mirror and therefore more time sharing your discoveries with the rest of us, you get thumbs-up from me for that hairstyle. Thanks for all you do🙏. 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Glad you stopped the honey......ick!
Dont you find it funny that they use pesticides on plants that have natural pesticides in them. Most plants dont want to be eaten either
