I loved the idea of asking what I would like to come out of this, how I'd like to benefit from this. A very good reframing technique I'll try with my clients this week.

Good video! Alot of food for thought.
My worry is always connected to awaiting results from medical procedures ie. Biopsy lately. Could be results from blood results, mammogram, etc.
My mind does go to the "what ifs".
I tend to work on this by affirmations that I am safe and try to stay in the now or that I'm releasing the fear...but I know this takes time and patience.
Meditation is helpful, journaling, walking, etc
@@annettenoga6182 it certainly is a practice. Those negative predictions can be deeply grooved patterns, but with awareness and diligence they can change.
