The animation here is absolutely sublime
Are we running? Are we marching? All I know is I am here for it.
I feel like this theme has 3 stages.
0:00 to 1:32 feels like there's danger, and it's uncertain if The Doctor's plan will even work, the fact there's a marching element to it, like something's been set in motion, and nothing can stop it.
1:32 to 2:10 feels more reassuring as if the stakes are raising higher, he's unsure whether the plan might work, or perhaps the companions are, but there's a glimmer of positivity here, like "Yeah, I got this, I'm The Doctor... I've ALWAYS got this! Hopefully..."
2:10 onwards? Now THAT'S the part where The Doctor's bet has paid off, and he would then give his epic, mic drop level speech and give a giant massive shutdown to whichever cosmic villain is trying to do evil cosmic things again.
I love this theme, there's hints of danger, uncertainty, and yet there's hope, that good will prevail and evil will lose. I love the animation you did too! Nice touch making him change outfits too hahaha

Now the theme is just amazing and we can all get a sense of all the doctors in this theme and then with all the new images of ncuti in the role it so so sooo goes with him and we can all agree this new era is gonna jam packed with action!
I love this, it reminds me of the the Matt Smith theme. Murry Gold is back and it's about time. I hope Ncuti Gatwa's Doctor is gonna get to kick some arse to this theme.

Murray Gold is such an amazing composer. Why he wasn't the composer for series 11-13 is beyond me.
Because he chose to leave. He probably wanted to leave after RTD left in 2009, but was asked to stay behind by Moffat. Apparently he’d been wanting to leave for quite a while before his final 2017 special.
He’s a person, too. Some people just get a bit tired.

I think im gonna be watching this on repeat untill Christmas or even Season 1, 15 has my heart and i haven't even seen him on screen yet at this rate he could be one of my favs 😅🤣.

it weirdly reminds me of akira ifukube's works on the godzilla franchise. especially the showa era stuff and some of the heisei works

The new music is really amateurish. It sounds like the in house band for a chat show blurting out a bad knockoff to introduce an actor.
