Using Neutral Density filters allow you to reduce the amount of light entering into the Mini 4 Pro camera, enabling you to lower your shutter speed without overexposing footage. Lower shutter speeds allow you to shoot at the 180 degree rule of shutter (where your shutter speed is double your frame rate). At this ratio all motion is shown with the same amount of blurring that we perceive it in real life. If you end up shooting at higher shutter speeds than this, motion is not blurred.

Great video, can I turn a ND64 into ND16 by setting iso to 300?

2 stops of ISO adjustment would be from 100 to 400. Best Practice would be to turn your ND32 into the ND16 by increasing from 100 to 200. You start to get into Noise territory at 400 with the darker NDs

You wont need one for night filming, you can easily get shutter speed at double frame rate at night
