By the way guys one thing I should have mentioned is that The standards for eggs here in Japan are way higher than countries like America, which is why I was comfortable eating so many of them raw. In fact there are many Japanese dishes that contain raw egg. Check the status of raw eggs in your country before you down 30 raw eggs a day 🥚

The basic error was to change two things at the same time. It would have been way more informative to see what your regular training regiment combined with the egg diet would have yielded. The switch from crossfit to a sport that at it's core has the goal to make stronger/bigger would have resulted in muscular gains with almost any diet.

Would have been interesting t check your levels of somatotropin. I heard in a lecture that prior to just taking recombinant produced somatotropin , people ate lots of stuff (Professor said 30 Schnitzels as an example) to induce production of somatotropin. Somatotropin does lots of stuff like preventing breakdown of proteins (maybe that's where the lower creatinin levels in your blood are from), bur in general it promotes growth.
(story was about heart valves, because it promotes all muscles growing, but some things like heart valves are excluded, so you might get an insufficient aortic valve if you do this for too long, especially not by eating eggs but taking it as a drug for bodybuilding)

  • @Br4ntburz

Hey this was interesting to see how it would pan out. I'm not sure I would have taken the rice or honey, but it was interesting to hear that you didn't experience any ongoing negative impacts. Other than the mango and possible whites issue.
I've heard somewhere else, maybe a Dr. Ekberg video, that the optimal nutritional uptake does require eating the egg whole as it has an effect which is mitigated when separated. Although it's a huge pain, maybe you should consider poaching your eggs, that way the whites are cooked off and the yolk suffers as little denaturing as possible. If you're masochistic enough, you could pre-poach all your eggs and have them ready to go quicker, or mix in with beef to keep it interesting.

Such an interesting video, I always love this approach of being one's own guinea pig. Since you still have many more eggs to go, I'd love to see a follow-up video on your progress and blood work. Just a quick constructive criticism, I invite you to revision the form/technique on your max lifting videos comparison, I would hypothesize that your increase of performance (max lifted weight) is more due to better coaching, sheer will and lower technique i.e. you can surely lift heavier with a lower range of motion for the sake of proving a point in an entertainment video, but it leads to higher risk of injury and less muscle recruitment (hypertrophy/strenght building). I hope you won't take this last part too personally and lift safely in the future. Keep the videos going, I enjoy watching your work, Take care!
