- Hey guys, I hope Jackie was able to provide you really great insights about he rlife as a traveler along with her years of experience. I also learned alot from her and I commend her patience and her ability to stay calm and collected throughout her most difficult times in the operating room.
I believe that we never really stop learning and interviewing people about their experience and life lessons professionally allows me to extend my ideas. A lot of my tricks came from other people because I find them genius and I love sharing it to you all. Hopefully Jackie was able to do that ❤️.
Goodluck future ST!

The interview is very helpful! The information helps in setting the right expectations when becoming a surg tech traveling or not. Thank you both! Don’t stop doing what you’re doing ❤
This interview was priceless, seriously..Thank you both....I'm completely changing careers, I've always wanted to work in the medical field and I think Surgical Tech is the road I'm gonna take... I'll be starting school next year and your channel has really helped me sooooo much to understand ALL the aspects of the career, the good, the bad, the ugly and the wonderful, I'll be buying all your study material as well to get a head start on knowing the basics as much as possible going into school, thank you again
Good to hear someone talking about soft skills in the OR. There are ways to get along with people and still get respect from surgeons and staff.
That was the best convention at least for me ,I just started the surgery tech program thanks please keep doing videos like this 🎉❤
Thank you for telling us to be patient with ourselves starting out❤
Very helpful, thank you so much for all your videos❤
Can you do some paycheck breakdown videos? You could be the "Nurse to Riches" of the scrub world, but you gotta talk about the money 😅 everyone knows how much travel nurses make, but not so much for travel scrubs+
@11:38 ooohhh my god what a disgraceful surgeon to make such a fuss and show for a lap appy my god . Props to you for standing your ground.
Fascinating!
Very helpful thank you!
i miss your content!!
i was really hoping to pick up your flashcards before starting classes... will they restock soon? hope you are doing well!
Hello we need a restock on the flash cards i start in July i would really like to study before i start
Great interview. I dislike ortho as well.
is better to get a certificate and work immediately or get a degree and wait....cuz I'm in a tricky situation of that sorts 😅
HI, what do think about ABSA certificate? thanks for this video
What is different between surgical technologists or surgical techs? I’m a CNA and I would like to start my school but I really don’t know anything about. You are ifference between certificate and associates? For have my CST I need to my associates?
I’m thinking of doing an online CST program.. what do your thoughts on this?
From my research it’s highly recommended not to do an online school. You have to find your own hospitals to do clinicals and many hospitals will not accept online students. Additionally , many jobs will not accept an online ST certification.
@@Mr10Meg thanks for your thoughts on this !
So you think I will get a job with a NCST certification?
Surgical Techs are considered a dire need in the US, so yes you should have no problem getting a job.
yes me too my final is in 2 weeks and have to be ready under 20 min and an extra 5 w the scrub🥲
