I have faced the same issue yesterday. I went to a shop after the service, and my phone was working fine but a thing is happening whenever I open any app I am not able to pull the notification bar from the top. Also, the shopkeeper told me that the display may stop working later I should buy a new phone. What can I do?
Report them to the better by Business bureau and find someone else. I would get a total refund from them. They clearly didn't do their job.

I got a samsung galaxy a52s 5g, which got submerged in water for around half a minute. I followed all the steps apart fom bruhsing the motherboard. Touch still doesn't work. Also, I think the charging doesn't work anymore after reassembly. Could the problem still be fixed if I just wait it out?

Holy shit this work thx so much bro I got my phone wet in rain then the display is out after dry it for 48 hours it turn on back again but the touchscreen kinda weird so I try to open my phone then it's totally wet. I release the motherboard dry it with cool hairdryer until it's really really dry I put the motherboard again tide the case then it works Nice!!!

Just happened to me this morning, so the problem is in the motherboard? not in the layers of the screen? I have disassembled the whole phone, I have used a hairdryer on the screen, didn't use it on the motherboard and it's sitting in rice at the moment.

I tryed same thing for my redmi note 7 the touch was working but now it stoped working orignal screen is perfectly fine only issue is the touch not working
You can replace touch screen ic. If touch is broken then you have to replace it.
@@SMRITYCOMPUTER touch isnt broken it was working fine before i opened the phone for removing water after cleaning it worked for 10mins and stoped working.

If you can remove battery connector from your phone and reconnect. If you can't then use any light of otg fan to off your phone and restart.
