I’ve always been personally motivated to be myself when I listen to this one. It reminds that I have to turn a blind eye to judgement and just do my own thing.
Em is probably one of the most self aware rappers out there, and you kind of get it from those battles shown off in 8 Mile. This definitely one of his top beats and top rhymes from his career so far. Kind of why I liked older Em stuff more so that some of the stuff in the middle of his career. His last two albums though are showing him to be more on track with his beats, his trolling, and his self aware knowledge.

His rhymes are always super complex and coherent. I can only think of one force rhyme I've heard from him. It's his line in "Kill you" "Same things threece, thrice, whatever." Even then he acknowledged it and said "IDGAF"

It’s like having an essay with a word requirement, and then you find a way to say a basic point, except you stretch that point into like six sentences, saying the same thing over and over to hit the word requirement 😂
