I went down the rabbit hole of old Em I had forgot how brutal he was. If that stuff like CRIMINAL came out today people would freeaaak out. Didn't they also drop a track in a certain strip club and if the dancers didn't feel it it would get trashed?

Kids now days dont understand the magazine thing. They grew up with internet. Having information at your finger tips. The fact that em still hit it big with the fact they were sitting on him on hip hops biggest hip hop source back in the day. Is nothing short of amazing. They wouldn't even play any of his good shit on the radio. Eminem becoming as big as he is. Isnt because of dre producing him. Its the respect eminem earned when he got on the mic. He went after the biggest giant in the game murder inc. He ended careers of many many different rappers. Hes still going strong to this day. Which being able to stay alive this long without being shot for shit hes said to these guys. Is nothing short of a miracle. Plus being able to beat anyone who stepped up to him. Being able to battle through the hate. Staying up in this rap game. This is why I have nothing but respect for Eminem. No other artist has had to deal with so much shit from fans to parents to other rappers hating on him. Not to mention his best friend dying (proof). A couple years after he came out with toy soldiers. (Proof was the guy who died in that music vid3o) than a couple years after that dropped. Proof got shot at a bar in Detroit. Em can't listen to that song. Much less than perform it live. Ems been through everything a rapper could go through in this rap game. I couldn't believe mgk thought he could actually take down em. If the source magazine and murder inc.. couldn't do it. No one can. Kids now days can't comprehend how big the source magazine was and the influence it had in the rap game. Eminem is a living legend.
