it is pretty dumb that there is not a factory ford seal kit. the prices are about $2 more per item (20%) here in June 2022. Thanks for the video.

Update, is that it works perfect what I did...winter is a little rough when ice freezes but it will open, just stiff seals.

Actually, there is a factory Ford seal kit. Part number is VFL3Z-99404A06-A. I just ordered one and was lookingfor reviews on it or an install video when i found this video. Love my Rough Country hard tonneau cover. After 5 years I've finally grown tired of the dust getting sucked up into the bed from the tailgate gap. It's caused by the air flowing over the tonneau cover causing the road dust to get sucked up through that gap.
And people's complaints are with water getting in under the tonneau cover and not able to run out the back because of the seal.

Still pretty fresh from this video but it's held up great. It is a little tight to shut the tailgate but that has loosed up some. Also cold weather can make it hard to open but nothing you can not open. Seems to keep the dust out of the back better.
