If they had been kept in a juvenile facility or jail instead of being allowed to be on home confinement, this man would still be alive. A GPS tether didn't stop him, so they thought confining him to home would??? The judge that ordered that should be held responsible for letting a violent, dangerous thug back out on the streets. I know of a very intelligent man who is a lawyer. I asked one time why he wouldn’t like to be a judge and his response to that was, “I couldn’t put my family through it”. To me this meant the possible threats of harm to him and his family. I think some judges are living this nightmare and would rather not have any more hassles than what they have currently.
