The only woman who did not scream dramatically after a mob shooting. Also, yes, I DO realize that the only reason she didn't scream was because she knew it was gonna happen.
I LOVE!!! this scene. I love Jimmy's line before he executes him and I'm glad you didn't cut the scene short and included Al Capone's laugh. It really adds to his character development
Crazy to see all the things that Capone and Jimmy went through together and then later on in the series Capone acts like he doesn’t even remember him. Power can do that to a person though.
Thanks for uploading. Im surprised, the episode only aired last night and there's not a lot for this show on youtube yet. This was the best part of the whole show so far. So gangster.
I like the little twitch in Al's right hand when Jimmy has the knife point at his throat. That hot-head Capone almost did something stupid right there.
lol You can hear the gun slide across thecounter at 1:33 I did not hear that as I was watching, best seen ever, this clip should have 1million hits by next year.
@futurestoryteller The point of the previous/above post is that CZcams's 'transcribe audio' feature is funnier than Engrish and possibly better than sex.
2:26 Is the best part, I swear it's like from a comic book with joker or something. The slow tall limping archetype in deep blue with fast short crazy laugh capone... Just perfect
@futurestoryteller I had crappy speakers watching it the first time, it sounded like a coin lol. but that was too heavy of a slide. This was the best scene out of season 1. Want to go watch that ep again!
@ehabq and what happens to Vincent Piazza, the guy that plays Lucky in the show at the moment? You are right, teh Sheridan character does look more like him but then look at Al Capone, Stephen Graham looks nothing like him at all. For that matter Steve Buscemi looks nothing like the real Nucky Thomas either.
I can't be the only one who's certain that if Jimmy were not a main cast member, Sheriden would have at least beat his ass with that trench knife. Especially after the 'walnut' wisecrack.
Jimmy was a badass in his own right, but he got reckless when he got his brief moment of power, and was set up by Manny and Nucky as a result of his haste. Richard won't hesitate to kill you up close or from 100+ feet, he was loyal to Jimmy, but it doesn't mean he was any less of a killer.
THIS IS THE BEST FUCKING SCENE IN THE ENTIRE SEASON....BESIDES when Jimmy caps the guy for talking back to him in the barn with Nucky at the end of the season (it was one of the D'Alessio brothers) AND when they OFF the rest of the D'Alessios.
If you’re still around and still interested, get the HBO Now app. You get a 7 day trial for free. Take 3 sick days off work (or a whole weekend without much sleep) and watch every single episode. If you don’t want to keep the app, when you’re done take it off before it charges you
I know these guys were true gangsters! LOL! Not like these wanna B idiots running around with there pants down. Gangsters back then were smart, and ruthless, but classy at the same time.
I actually like the fact that the creators actually did their research on regional accents goddamn it, Never heard the Chicago and New York accent in the same room. So similar yet s different those two.
Al Capone's laugh made this scene so memorable.
His laugh was Joker-esque throughout the show. Just amazing
Brilliant. How ruthless Jimmy is too.
*gunshots going off*
“Come on wrap it up”
I’m fuckin weak 🤣🤣🤣
no need to stick around any longer than needed
That and he's been in the game longer.
The only woman who did not scream dramatically after a mob shooting.
Also, yes, I DO realize that the only reason she didn't scream was because she knew it was gonna happen.
someones cold blooded grandma
She was back up.@@aarongoldstein8472
She was in on it, so why would she 😂
I LOVE!!! this scene. I love Jimmy's line before he executes him and I'm glad you didn't cut the scene short and included Al Capone's laugh. It really adds to his character development
Love this scene. Quiet build-up, then no more than twenty seconds of perfectly controlled, spot-on violence.
Bet you would love to murder someone, in the same manner, right?
xxxx,xXxXxxXxxXxXexx
@@kyokogodai-ir6hy I bet YOU HAVE murdered someone in a very similar fashion.
@@kyokogodai-ir6hy wtf man?
Jimmy was a great enforcer, just a terrible leader.
Crazy to see all the things that Capone and Jimmy went through together and then later on in the series Capone acts like he doesn’t even remember him. Power can do that to a person though.
bad writing, this show went nowhere fast
@@blablableh724 you beat me do it, never have I seen a show scuttle it’s own potential story lines and characters more
@@brianbaker2884 kind of a play on him losing his marbles with syphillus.
Power, Cocaine, and STDs
He had syphilis, and besides, the whole fifth season is such a mess that we can very well dismiss it as non-canonical!
Find a way to have as much fun in your life as Al Capone does when he's committing a quadruple homicide.
Al Capone all day...... stephen plays his character perfect!!!
The guy that takes Jimmy's knife has that bad ass turn of the century big city hair style that needs to come back.
it now it has, thanks to you
his accent is awesome - shame he was only in 2 episodes. Sheridan.
Almost like Jack Dempsey
I wish they did more with al capones laugh, it was my favorite character.
Greektown was my favorite character, wish there was more from ‘em.
So well written as well - the tension before the eruption makes the whole thing that much better.
the best part is this is how real life violence goes... no dramatic speech for 5 mins leading up to it, just gets the guns and starts blasting
Love Al Capone's laugh when there heading to the car. hahah!
Thanks for uploading. Im surprised, the episode only aired last night and there's not a lot for this show on youtube yet.
This was the best part of the whole show so far.
So gangster.
godamn, its been 10 years
i feel old
I liked Jimmy in Chicago better
I was waiting for Jimmy and Al to blast those fools...love this show!!
But then Al Capone forgets Jimmy Darmody when Lucky luciano mentions him when talking about mueller being a fed.
Jimmy earned serious respect from Torrio for that shit. Awesome. And that got him respect and wanted back by Nucky.
jimmy darmody is one of the best characters ever written cast and acted in modern history.
Agreed 💯
fuckin best scene in season 1. Jimmy looks like a fuckin badass walkin out
Fav part so far.
I didn't know that Rick Perry was a Chicago mobster before his days of being the Governor of Texas!
Wont be the same without James Darmody :(
I like the little twitch in Al's right hand when Jimmy has the knife point at his throat. That hot-head Capone almost did something stupid right there.
You know, Jimmy didn't give the guy a chance to disagree.
lol You can hear the gun slide across thecounter at 1:33

Loved this scene..Gotta love the double barrel sawed off
Damn Jimmy looked so gangster walking out of that door with that hat on and the nice suit. Too bad people don't wear wide brim hats anymore.
Charlie Sheridan was a good character.
Jimmy is so badass!!
This show is fucking awsome. So sick that he's in Al Capones crew.
Michael Pitt is the definition of bad ass

Great part of this ep

I like Jimmy they say he died in the trenches but he's still kicking ass on the outside

I loved John. He was an old school kinda guy.
All that wasted tomato sauce... I'm hungry.
@Cruisey1234 They weren't Greek. They were fighting over Greek town.
cold
lol when the Greek guy grabs Johnny Torrio "GET THE FUCK OFF"
You know, sheridan looks ALOT like the real Lucky Luciano, maybe he should do that role later on in the show....
