This is basically the best chess content on CZcams , so it's basically irrelevant how many times you use the word basically in one stream.
You are basically correct
Based(-ically)
What about gotham

@@blue77629 Gotham is several tiers below danya
That intro is *basically* a dream come true. More speedrun, more endgames. LET'S GO!
Exactly, a good balance is what I want. I love all of Danya's content, but it has been so much speedrun and so little other things that I have been missing the other types of videos a lot.
7:45 "It can't be that bad; you're just developing your pieces, how bad can that be?"
27:08 "developing the knight in an inexcusable blunder"
Yeah but Bb7 didn't blunder anything obvious. Nc3 literally blunders a pawn on the next move
@@robertr7923 I know I know, but it still tickles me :D
Hey Danya, I played in my 3rd tournament this weekend and won the U1800 section, your videos have helped me tremendously improve my positional understanding and coming up with a plan during the middle & end game, so basically thank you very much for all the content you put out, excited for the future series, you the man
Congratulations
Danya’s videos have both entertained and dramatically helped my rating. BEST CHESS CHANNEL on CZcams
Legit super excited about your future plans! Nobody out there makes chess content like you do, Danya. It's not even close
Agree …. Speed runs are the best !!!
Was so upset the series is ending, really happy to hear there's another speedrun coming soon; by far my favorite chess content in a long time
Me too!!!! Was hoping he’d lose several games to drop his elo and extend the speed run… so happy he’s going to do another
Why is it that you don't have aleast 1M subscribers? All of your content is great! Very instructional and you speak with perfect pace and clearly too! Thank you, Danya!

Thanks Gm Daniel naroditsky..... always watching you from Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa, Africa
DN - LOVE the speed runs !!! So glad you’re going to do another one. They NEVER get old ! Thank you for teaching me so much about chess !
I love the speed runs! Love to hear there’s more in the future!!
I'm super excited for the new content coming after this, it sounds right up my alley!
One thing I would love that I feel like would be similar to what you mentioned about recapping the lives of historical great players: When I watch you commentate games for super GMs I feel like they all get the same kinds of (deserved) praise: "X is so good at these tricky endgames", "X is so resilient", and so on. I would love if you could give like a rundown on the current top 10 or 20 players and what their relative strengths, weaknesses, and specialties are, with a focus on how they differ from one another. How is So's playstile different from Giri's or Naka's or Nepo's? That kind of info would be really interesting to hear from someone with experience against many of them like yourself.
Really digging the update news Danya! I'm a youtube only viewer and I always love your insights into chess history and its practical application to the game itself
Bro the “basically” thing was hilarious
Love the announcement at the start! I can't get enough of the speedrun series
Basically amazing explanations!! Basically you should keep this series alive because basically I love it 😃😃😃
I'm in the 16-1700s and the scotch is very common. I've always played d6 so thanks for the break down on it.
I'm a bit weaker than you at 1500 but the Scotch blows so many people off the board at my level. Almost too strong lol
I haven't played chess in a while now but it's always a treat to watch these videos... i know I'll start playing again someday
Love it Danya. Looking forward to more content
series on lives and games on gms sounds incredible. i am so excited for whatever you do next
I was a little bit late to the speed run party, I've been binge watching these things for weeks. Looking forward to the instruction from the historical content as well!
Looking forward to this next chapter in the channel! Love the content!
I really like the idea of going through GMs lives and best games, I have always wanted to learn more about chess history and that is a great way to know more about it.
YES MORE ENDGAME SERIES!!!! I probably shouldn't say this, but I can't wait for the speedrun to end now.
Also keep up the great work danya :D
I love your speedruns glad to hear you'll keep making them
A drinking game where you take a shot everytime Danya says "basically"... im hammered right now.
Does CZcams have a streamer award? If not, maybe we call it the Tubies and give it to Daniel?
Thx Dan. I'm enjoying these speed run videos very much.
0:50 "Gotta lot to look forward to..." Exactly what I wanna hear! Love your video's Danya keep doing what you're doing. You're the best!
Hey Danya, I love the speedrun, thanks for the videos 💪
Lets go Danya, another speedrun - love it.
Wow, this was incredibly instructive. Thanks Danya!
Hey Daniel I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart thank you watching your videos helped me improve a lot you put so much time and effort into making these videos as high of a quality as possible
Keep up the good work DANI SENSEI
So cute
Really looking forward to all the new content! Keep it up! Best chess channel on youtube!
Glad to hear that you'll be doing more of the endgame series. Superb content
Danya, you are the only youtuber whose content I rewatch consistently. I still cannot believe this level of instruction is free. Keep it up Prophet you’re the best
Once again a top tier video. I enjoyed it fully
Thank you so much sensie danya for all that you do for us
Your insane danya, all this free content! Thanks for your hard work
Danya is *basically* the best chess coach/content creator
Woo! Im looking forward to your engame series man!
Hey Daniel this is BASICALLY the funniest video you out very good content as well keep it up 😂💯
Excited for your future plans for the channel! Thanks
Love the plan, one thing that I think would also be really cool would be to see you analyze some computer chess games as its always cool hearing high level players opinions on the moves engines make and attempt to understand them and explain why they are so good
These uploads are super fun. Thanks Danya
The best chess content to follow. Keep up the great work!
amazing video, thank you
Pumped to hear that you’re reviving the endgame series. It’s the area of my playing that needs the most improvement.
Excellent. Had nothing in my recommended 2 hours ago, now Danya uploaded!
This was basically one of the funniest videos, love it!
Danya, you are basically good! Thank you very much for this content. As I live in South Africa, I don't have access to great Chess Masters like you and try to coach my daughter that is playing for our national team. Thank you very much!
YUSSS endgame series! YES GM bio series!!!!
The mouse slip was so funny, the cherry on top
these are my favourite chess instructional videos on youtube, it's hard to know for sure but I think I've actually improved from watching them
I dont mind watching speedrun videos forever
This intro idea of where this channel is planned to go seems very good. I do like the idea of a little more varied content because we have been having a large amount of speedrun lately compared to other content.
And while I do enjoy the speedrun content, I enjoy the other content even more
Historical stuff sounds amazing! Would love to learn about some on the greats!!
I am really excited about the games of GMs series!
the basicality of your content never ceases to amaze me
thx for the great vids!
Love your content ❤
Thank you Danya for everything you do!
You are amazing daniel!
Basically amazing instructional content as always
Always helpful content 👍👍
Hi Danya. One of the most entertaining and digestable chess content. You make it look easy :-) Any chance you could touch on calculation subject in the nearest future? I think vast majority of players struggle with this most important aspect of chess. It doesn't matter what your middlegame or endgame knowledge is if you lose every game by a simple miscalculation. I'm blown away by GMs when they close their eyes, look away and they can keep track of every detail in the position. How do you acquire this skill? Can it even be trained?
Daniel you are the man!
The most instructive chess series on yt
Danya exited to see what comes after my favorite speed run, I would personally love to see some opening labs specifically an accelerated dragon or/and a way to combat the queens pawn openeing
Thank you so much, you are the best
The Scotch. I have been waiting for this one
I really really wish the next speedrun can be mainly based on 1.d4 (Queen’s Gambit, not London lol)!!! I know Danya isn’t the biggest d4 player but tbh us viewers are mostly plebs so I’m pretty sure we don’t care if you don’t know the exact move 15 moves into the opening :))
Just wanna see more 1.d4 content, such as seeing you crush the KID as white, refuting the Englund, etc.
Also, maybe could you consider switching away from the Smith-Morra against the Sicilian? Just to change things up, perhaps. I know we don’t wanna suggest too many deep theoretical lines, but the open Sicilian fascinates me, and if we’re going to keep on playing 1.e4, I wish we could do more open Sicilian.
There is so little content on the sharp open Sicilian lines on CZcams. Too many content creators are afraid of stepping into them due to the complications, but I feel like that’s shying away from the beauty of chess.
Danya is in his element, coaching advanced ideas that are approachable even by lower rated players. This is rare among super gms because they are usually so far away from the average player that many details are often skipped because subconsciously they are assumed to be already known. But in the same breath, he doesn’t dumb information down that it bores the advanced player. That’s a hard balance to keep and danya excels.
These speed runs helps me a lot to understand lots of opening.. That significantly improves my overall chess.. One request please make opening lab videos.. Ponziani can be next choice..
It's so interesting to see how strong players are not afraid, I'm 1500ish and I would never play queen h6 because I'd be afraid of discovery attacks and.stuff like that, instead danya played completely into that analyzing rationally that there was no threat, just amazing
The new series all sound great! Excited for all future content!
liked for masterful use of the word "basically"
@ Daniel Naroditsky. Thank you so much, Speedruns are not your favorit but i love them. Having 2100 real Life Elo i a for sure not the typical viewer but i have to say i can learn so much, you have a real talent as teacher and can even manipulate your playing style for that purpose. There are so much bad "teacher" on youtube, your channel is a rare case i found is ambitious to really help the player and not only generate clicks! All in the chat: leave alike and sup here, you are in the best of hands!
I’m really looking forward to the player profile videos :)
End game videos!!!! Wooooooo. Historically videos sounds awesome. Could be interesting to do some lower chess level historical figures as well like Lenin
Thank you💕 Danya
Your content is basically the best.
I would love to watch your videos on the lives and games of GMs!!
Sir, I'm a senior citizen from India and watching many utube channel, I don't think u are not far behind of the leading channel, thanks,
The 'Life and Games of...' style series is my favorite.
Basically, I'm looking forward the next series, especially if you include the now, basically, more obscure great players
Please don’t ever stop Danya, shoutout from the Bay Area by the way!!✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽 🌉
I’m trying to learn e5 right now an have been struggling a lot against the sidelines like the vienna and the scotch, so this was really cool to see
There are three main lines after e4 e5:
The Spanish, The Italian and The Scotch.
@@hakon_helgoy I wasn’t aware that the scotch was considered a main line opening, news to me!
@@Kuribohdudalala yeah, the scotch is the main reason several people I know stopped playing 1...e5 entirely.
Yes gm games analysis is best
love the mix of clickbait attempt with Danya style informative title
Basically a really good video, thank you :)
Daniya I'm from India and Now I'm 1730 without any academy because of you , levy , hikaru and chessbase India. Please continue doing this informative chess videos
This is exactly what we practice for. EXACTLY what we practice for
My suggestions for the next speedrun would be, that you also play maybe the Dutch/English defense. It would be nice to see your comments on these openings.
If you drink enough scotch you can positionally outplay any opening
i ilke your post-speedrun plan! most gm world champions are already covered - i'd like to study other gm's such as EFIM GELLER
The content plan sounds great! I know this happens in every speedrun game, but I would love to see videos specifically focusing on how to develop middle game plans on top of the other videos. Maybe even just one tbh
Basically a great video
