***Important tip for staying warm:
Even if you don't feel sweaty, there is some sweat in your clothes, so take them off! Always sleep in fresh clothes when it's cold out! At a minimum, put on clean socks! I pack a beanie and a fresh pair of socks in my pillow case, so I have them if I wake up freezing.

So amazing! We live in BC, Canada and every summer my parents would take us 4 kids camping for 2-4 weeks all over the oregon coast and california.. the best memories of my life that I still hold near and dear at 24 years old. The amount of life lessons learned and memories created during a legit camping trip are priceless!!! Good for you for taking your little ones so young

Would love to see how you guys set up the tent inside for the kids and yourself. Do you guys do air mattresses or sleeping bags? What do you guys do to keep the kids entertained? Do you bring toys?

I love camping and nature ... this reminds me of the first time My husband and I took my stepson and my son camping. My stepson was about six years old and my son was about two. We had an amazing time! Enjoy your kids because trust me when I tell you they grow up so fast. They’re not kidding when they say time flies because my stepson now is 19 and my son 15 and a freshman in high school 😳😱😒 I sometimes miss those days

i love how your dogs are so well trained that they don't need leashes and come to you when you call them.
Those Pacifica deodorant wipes are AMAZING for camping! Those and my handheld USB car-rechargeable fan are my HG. That little fan keeps you so cool and comfortable in hot weather! I also have a car oil diffuser that I love (and it can be used in the tent as well with a convertible chargeable phone charger! (Yes, I’m that basic bitch diffusing essential oils in the middle of the woods.) I don’t need luxury-but a few comforts from home make all the difference in having a nice experience.
