How long do the blades/teeth last. How can they be sharpened?

I received mine. It does not fit my 100mm angle grinder. It wont fit any 100mm angle grinder in local store. If there was supposed to be an adapter, it wasn't in my pack. Consequently, I have had to purchase a new 125mm grinder. Disappointing.
