That 15mm precision ball gouge is the best invention since sliced bread. That will take my carving to the next level.
It is ALOT of fun to use, and with a bit of experimenting and some more projects I am sure I'll discover more and more uses!

Hi Kev. As per usual, this is a great video with some great new tools. To date, I have the whole collection purchased over the years. I love working with them and use them quite often to enhance my scroll saw projects. Oh, nearly forgot. The diameter of the mini ball gouge is 15 mm. Can't wait for new attachments for this set.

First thank you for turning the sound down, when you are carving, saves the ears when using a head set.
The carving looks so clean, and neat, no burrs.

The diameter of the Precision Ball Gouge is 15 mm. I tend to work mainly with old bits of Aussie eucalyptus wood which is EXTREMELY hard on the tools and this would make it so much easier to carve small finer details than just my poor old rotary tool because it offers so much more power, torque and cutting capabilities.

That looks like a softwood -red cedar perhaps. Have you demonstrated on a hardwood?

You really should be using a leather apron when using that tool. It will grab that sweater in a split second and twist it toward that cutting bit. Probably put a 3/4 inch hole in your stomach. All in a fraction of a second before you know it. Just a friendly word of caution .Cheers.
