Building Realistic Fallout 3 Nuka Grenades

here is my full demonstration of how to build realistic looking Nuka Grenades as seen in Fallout 3 / New Vegas.
As well as using realistic materials, I like to try to use similar techniques and tools which may be available to the wasteland wanderer.
The trigger pin materials are:
- 1" Aluminium machined as shown
- 5/8" washer and nut
- 3" Cup head bolt with 3/8" thread, plus washer and nut
- Spring 1/2" x x 1-1/2" x 0.041" (C-704 from Century Springs Corp.)

Would you use these with a costume or as collectables? Getting that nut on from inside the can looked like a job for little hands.

I intended having the working pin would make them useful for a real good costume, or using in a fan movie or something.

I came here from etsy. I have a question about your nuka grenades. In the photo it showed them with a children of atom wooden crate. Is that wooden crate included in my order or is not included?

Yep. If anyone wants me to make grenades for them I also build a little crate similar to the one pictured.
