I think that the worst humiliation is the 2023 RG quarter against Tsitsipas. I have never seen a top player look that helpless on a tennis court
Check the 2008 Roland Garros Final
@@BetterCallSaul603 In 2008 Alcaraz was 5 years old.
@@mireafelder8194 yes I know? Read his comment again and my answer. And then come back again and don't play the intelligent one.
@@BetterCallSaul603 Dude, you brought up the 2008 Roland Garros final. What's that got do with Alcaraz humiliating Tsitsipas in the Roland Garros QF 2023?
@@BetterCallSaul603 We're talking about Alcaraz here, not Federer/Nadal.
Man, when he's on, he's on. And practically unbeatable. I don't think I've ever seen another player who is able to hit effective shots from some of the most impossible positions.
rf did
@@tberambo Nah. Rafa had some spectacular shots, but Carlos takes it to a whole other level.
@@senorgato70Iâd bet ârfâ stands for Roger Federer
@@nkspeaks3417 oh damn. Youâre right. Thatâs a good comparison but I donât feel Roger had the same hustle Carlos has. Honestly, Carlos is pretty remarkable in what he does from every corner of the court.
@@senorgato70 but that's exactly what Federer was known for? it's clear recency bias to think Alcaraz is anything near what we saw from Federer from 2004-2009. maybe if we give him more time, but Federer was just so much better than everyone else in a manner that Alcaraz can't really replicate.
Three Slams at 21 years old. Lot of areas where his game can be improved (serve, slice, shot selection). It is a monster in the making.
Injury management, his consistencyâŠ.can improve too
His game is coming together, there is much more ease in his play now. Like Federer he is able to make time to plan his next moves. And the way he can change the pace of play, plus the extra power he can apply is a killer.
Yep. I think if he get's into his groove there's a chance he could take Wimbledon and the Olympics, he is that good.
Seems to be a matter of being injury-free for him
Pierde despues dicen k le falta đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł payaso de la farĂĄndula
I picked him to win RG even though he had a bad lead up on the clay solely because his top level is far superior to anybody else's, only Sinner comes close but Alcaraz clears him on net game and movement, when he's on he's seriously unbeatable, and he will dismantle anyone like he does in this video
I was in the stadium against Zverev in Madrid. While watching the first 3 games I said: "Carlitos is obliteraring Sascha and is taking the W easy". What a display
Which row section were you in you BSitter.
Almost every opponent is annoyed except Ruud who applauds
it's ruud
His variety and ability rival's Federer and he is only 21. Its quite scary.
Will Carlos Alcaraz be able to defend his Wimbledon title? Let me know what you guys think! Iâm going with: YES
Yes
I think he can defend it, depends on how the body holds up and how consistent he is coming off a win. Guaranteed for me is quarters and probably semis for him, time will tell if he goes further I hope he does
He can, but Iâm going to make a bold prediction and say he wonât
Sinners the only guy who can stop him
It will be tough against a physically fit Sinner. I think there is a good chance for either of those players to clench the title. If Alcaraz has starting trouble, Sinner is the favourite in three. If Alcaraz wins one of the first couple sets, it's an open fourth set. If it goes to a fifth set, Alcaraz is likely to win.
Hi again. Thank you for putting the date on the video for us to know when it was play â€â€
Those players should not be referred to as the Next Gen, not even the Next Next Gen. They are part of the Lost Generations of tennis players who suffered under the tyranny of the Three Monsters. Ever since Roger Federer won his first major (WIM 2003), the winners of majors outside the Big Three have been Andy Murray (3), Stan Wawrinka (3), Carlos Alcaraz (3), Andy Roddick (1), GastĂłn Gaudio (1), Marat Safin (1), Juan MartĂn del Potro (1), Marin Cilic (1), Dominic Thiem (1), Daniil Medvedev (1) and Jannik Sinner (1). The other 66 were taken by either Federer (20), Nadal (22) or Djokovic (24). I don't think we'll ever witness another period of such stern dominance by three players. 21 years altogether.
New to your videos. Thank you â€
Hope you enjoy them đŸ
Nadal fire, Federer fines and Djokovic athleticism in one package, VIVA KING CARLITO
No Tsitsipas on this video? đ
You make the best tennis videos
Iâm pretty sure he IS the next gen
Itâs quite shocking and almost ridiculous to think that his game is STILL DEVELOPING ! He is still growing and has some decent room for improvement. Him and Sinner
The Real Goat â€
Goat's a..
itâs crazy to think that he alone has more GS than the NextGen. Is it that the NextGen found themselves in between 2 generations or do they lack something? Iâm a massive fan of Carlos but itâs baffling that the NextGen have done worse than Carlos or Sinner who havenât been on the tour for long at all
I want to see Alcaraz vs Sinner in Wimbledon Final. Of course Sinner is in better shape, but I never doubt Alcaraz because he beat Zverev not playin in his best form, Sinner and Alcaraz are currently my favorite players and I hope I see them playing against each other in the final đ€
Just show the one vs Tsitsipas

Funny thing is; Alcaraz IS the next (and ruling) gen, most of his opponents showcased here are a gen before him haha.
Como pĂŽde? Genial Carlos!
Alcaraz still has very tough opponents. He struggles against Sinner and Zverev they always play a tough match. Medvedev is usally a pushover and not to mention Tsitsipas and Djokovic oufcourse when he's playinh well. So Alcaraz still has good conterporary opponents
No tsitsipas?
How are people comparing him to Federer and not Nadal?
Because he has the variability and aggressiveness of Federer (always willing to go to net and shorten points etc) whereas Nadal at his age was almost a pure baseline grinder.
don't really get the title. He's younger than most of these guys by some 3/4 years. He is the next gen.
Because the men he beats in This video were labelled as the original next gen after the big 3
Ok, now just in contrast... 5 Times The Next Gen & The Other Gen Humiliated Carlos Alcaraz:
1. Grigor Dimitrov Miami 2024 6:2 6:4 (Carlos felt like a 13-year old kid: confirmed)
2. Felix Auger-Alliasime Basel 2022 6:3 6:2
3. Alexander Zverev AO 2024 6:1 6:3 6:7 6:4 (up 6:1 6:3 5:3 at one moment)
4. Fabian Marozsan Rome 2023 6:3 7:6 (The Dropshot Ultimate GOAT)
5. Roman Safiullin Paris 2023 6:3 6:4
Could've mentioned Djokovic's 6:3 6:2 at indoor, but I wanted to be a bit more original.
But other than that, when Carlos doesn't spray too much UE as well, he's hardly beatable. In worst case, you need a Djokovic Cinncinati 2023 effort to have him beaten. Tough cookie Carlitos is.
I don't see the point to your post. There is no player who has never lost a set.
10:19 =)
How are Medvedev, Zverev and Rublev they the next generation? More like the outgoing generation. The next generation are Sinner, Rune, Alcaraz and Musetti.
They were the first one labelled in the term ânext genâ. Thatâs What itâs refering to
Ideally, he would stop or minimize the grunting. Some top, top players have done it and some still do, but heâs probably the loudest on tour right now. It detracts a bit from his otherwise brilliant play.
No it doesn't. Use mute.
That depends on Djokovic playing or not
no it doesnât
Nope it doesn't
1-1 H2H in grand slams; Carlos will only get better
â@@SamCanales30 I meant there' a small chance of losing if Djokovic plays. If he doesn't, no one can beat Carlos
@@SamCanales30 â @SamCanales30 I meant there' a small chance of losing if Djokovic plays. If he doesn't, no one can beat Carlos
Carlos wouldn't be able to win any slams between the early 2000s to 2017. Now that we're in the weakest era of all time (since 2018), he might be able to win 30+ slams which is absolutely insane to think about
This new era is way stronger than the 2000-2008.
During that time, nadal was struggling to be consistent on hard and grass and there was no competition for federer because nole wasnât nole yet
@@ggsjamalnoon1267 I dont think that this is true
Any gs its a bit exagerated carlos is far more complete and in général better than thé big Three at thé same age
@@ggsjamalnoon1267 Nadal made three straight Wimbledon finals and 2 Queens QF + 1 win from 06-08 so if that's not consistency on grass I'm not sure what is.
The most overrated player EVER
The most idiotic comment EVER.
Alcaraz exposed next gen lack of talent. They can't use big three excuse anymore
Truth is that they were never gud enough and got surpassed by younger guy
You must be high to forget how Meddy took him down in US OPEN semis 2023. Take a chill pill and relax. You are no expert of tennis. More people will take Your alcaraz down.if not his own physical issues will take him down due to over exertion.
Amazing dude. But please stop groaning so much⊠especially when it is delayed, really disrupting the opponent timing⊠i hope players start copying what he is doing, so just show how disruptive it is
Use the mute. This endless complaint about grunting is tiresome.
