"there's no reason to panic", unfortunately I have severe anxiety and panic disorder, so even though so many people tell me that I need to apply for disability because of both my physical and mental health problems, even just looking at what all is required to apply always puts me into a panic attack. This video was helpful, but it still feels so overwhelming

I tried to apply online a year ago, but they demanded so weird form of ID (like they wanted a number from a box from a W2 from like 3-5 years ago), which I didn't have much of bc of my disability my work history was spotty bc of my problems (oh, and I've also worked since high school, so definitely over 10yrs I've contributed to the govt and economy) or something, and I thought I could proceed and the site just wouldn't let me continue, and that's where I've been with that ever since.
I hear to apply online for better results, I've been told to go in person, and I am terrible with this stuff (a fellow vet had to MAKE me apply for disability and unemployability bc I didn't want to bc it's so daunting), so I have no clue how to navigate the bureaucratic red tape and convoluted jargon and the forms made up of letters and numbers... Also, I don't even know if the govt would even ever give me SS disability bc I already have disability with he VA... Also I know it might take at least two years before they even give me a reply... But I need _something_ man...

It was great information. It did not answer the question I had. As a person that already has SSDI and lived in California, I wanted to know the difference in my income if I moved to Texas. Os there anything I should be aware of? Will being from California be held against me?

I listened to this guy on Citizens in Texas for disability, and called the 1-800 number which was connected to an operater in Massachusetts. Now, I still felt and believed I would be connected to a person to help me in Texas. Didn't happen.I strongly believe I was duped to give just some basic
She told me someone will call me within the hour and that didn't happen. I plan on notifying CZcams to report a possible scam and other social media platforms.
When a person needs help and those promoting it should check constantly to make sure their information hasn't been hacked by scammers.
Texas Citizens Disability owes me a call and immediate assistance.

Sorry, something is not true. I legally came to Texas in 2016 , I am 57 years old, until now I always asked benefits and tried to find a job fixed job in San Antonio to settle. But until now , I did not receive any benefits . Nothing from The Federal. Nothing from Texas. sometimes , I received some calls from Social Security Benefits, after asked my name, They cut the calls abruptly. I do not know about Texas culture. No job, no food, no benefits. Texas life style is that. They never accept a meeting in person. Why? My life in Texas in 5 years ago like that.
