I got my N52 tuned earlier this week. My 2,5 215BHP now has increased torque to 280 Nm and 235 bhp. The car is a lot quicker in the midband 3-5000 RPM during acceleration. It is also a lot stronger so I am pleased with the tuning.

Got them about 2,000 miles ago and oh my god they are so crazy, the sound is amazing and the pulls now are so much harder. They bolted up super easily. If you want to do a prototype tune for mine with catless I would be down to have you tune mine just let me know if that’d be possible. Pops like crazy but I want to be able to tune for only certain rpms and also my car has 213,XXX miles and still runs extremely strong. Did active headers, full straight pipe as well as charcoal delete, mishimoto intake boot, and k and n filter like you my car sounds amazing and I love it man. Everything you have ever mentioned bout these is true g props to you and helping keep me updated 🙏🏼

Have you done anything with high flow cats as opposed to going catless? Also, interested in your tune!
I have a South Africa spec 125i coupe with DISA. Did the BimmerLabs free tune and that enabled my DISA and got a lot more power (like a 130i hatch). Now that’s 265HP I think. Is your tune fundamentally different? I also did a decat on the stock headers. Big note: I run E70+ stock standard on the car as I own an Ethanol company. Do you do Ethanol/FlexFuel tunes for this car?! :D
Does the x3 2008 3.0 si come with the 3 stage manifold and would the ecu tune you mentioned be compatible with it??

I'm in Australia and I have a 2007 523i e60 LCI. I believe the engine is a n53 but unsure, is there a tune to get more power out of this engine as it's got the SMG transmission but REALLY lacks in power.
Does the tune work on n52 3.0si? And are you just removing the cars? Or doing a full header without cats

Hi. Great vid! My friend got a 2005 523i e60. With same tappet cover like in this video. The engine used 1 liter oil for 500km. So we replaced the engine. Its sleeves were in a really bad condition. Is this common on the n52. ? I don’t trust any n52 at all. Are there deferent types off sleeves on these engines and how can i id the problem engine?
Would this work for a e70 3.0si. its the X5 suv it has the n52 with the black valve cover. im just not sure if it will work because its a suv. i want to do catless aftermarket headers with a custom MAF housing for the air intake filter and the 3stage manifold. i just seen the ECU you made will that work for my x5. i want to be able to do this to my bmw plus im in the US

I just had my intake manifold stage 3 installed, what is my next steps into flashing/tuning? I got couple of codes afterward and was told I need to flash it and the codes would go away, just need a direction.

Just bought active Autowerke catless headers and if you do an install video that would be amazing, I’ve been spraying down my exhaust bolts on the manifold to make sure they come off smoothly with pb blaster. I am very excited and somehow my cats lasted to 211,XXX miles 😂💀 they need to go though

Yes you can run it in cars with MSV80 all you do is remove this ecu and plug mine in
Also they do not need coding or programming all that has been removed based on the tune these DO NOT NEED ANY PROGRAMMING OR CODING TO THE CAR we give you a device to tune the ecu to however you want

1. Update to the 3 stage manifold if applicable (N52 vs N53)
2. Dodgy cat removal to open up exhaust "makin' it a lot more better"
3. Unlock the "full power" with a MSD70 (only) complete tune. BMW Doctor's 272BHP with above mods.
4. Upgrade Air filter
don't tune a broken car or use anything other than OEM parts *
No you don’t use a MSD80 it can only be done on MSV70

With the n52, your options are the following.. 3 stage intake manifold, catless headers, air intake (or charcoal filter delete paired with a K&N filter), cat back exhaust, and of course a tune. This whole set up should get you 40-50 hp to the wheels. If you really wanna spend BIG dollars, than you can get the ESS super charger for about $5-6k. Honestly, if power is what you want, get a 135, or 335.
I have x25i e84 n52 which produces 215hp but x28i produces 250+hp with the same engine. how can i achieve that with my x25i. Please help 🙏
