- BEST Trimmer Review‼️ BaByliss FX3 vs. Cocco Hyper Veloce! Two of the worst trimmers on the planet! Your favorite CZcams Reviewers are LYING TO YOU!!!
The BaByliss FX3 ($174) is hands down the biggest letdown of a trimmer I've ever used. The Cocco Pro Veloce (and Hyper Veloce) are slightly better, but they’re still pretty terrible. I'd rather have an $80 Supreme Trimmer Vader trimmer than either of these.
If you’re looking to spend $150 or more on a professional hair trimmer, skip both of these entirely!
PLEASE NOTE: Most CZcamsrs make videos for clicks and don’t really care about leading you in the right direction. Most of these “Top Clipper of 2023 & 2024” videos out right now are extremely misleading and false. Those reviewers are only talking about specific products (Gamma/Stylecraft) because they want to get sponsored - Not because they’re actually the best products.

My fx3 work great. Purchased for about $120 or so. You compared the mediocre cocco as being close to the saber and the saber is my favorite trimmer. Andis slimline gtx was the worst trimmer I ever paid for. Used once only. Truly trash of a trimmer.
I think all four of them are pretty terrible products. Especially the FX3 and Slimline.
My black fx3 hits hard... maybe your's has a bad blade.. the delay is because its a brushless motor. All brushless motors do that.

It would be interesting if you do review on MRD product the company that make all the clipper trimmer for gamma stylecraft and others
All the brushless motor trimmer/clipper has a little delay when you turning it on
I have the red version fx3. I got it on sale for $85. I do like how quiet it is and mine cut real close straight out of the box. It does line ups well and gets extremely close for balding out. The cons is that it snags at the neck if doing a beard and the blade is really sharp. The red version has a different gold blade compared to the new black version.
Yo! Everyone says the red one is good at its job, as long as you’re careful. The newer black one is super loud, super dull, and nowhere near what I hoped it would be. One of the worst trimmers I’ve ever used. Period.

I’ve done 24 trimmers in my website. The FX3 is second to last place.
@@FofXequalsYnotBaByliss should do a permanent “Flash Sale” of the FX3 for $34.99. Once they run out, they should celebrate and never look back.

@DUICE08 It cuts almost identical to the DLC 2.0 on the BaByliss. I think the Psycho on the X has more of a crunch sound which I prefer over both.
As far as the Cocco, I just assume all of their tools are junk, considering they sell the same generic Chinese tools that are sold by other companies on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I do have to say that I really like my Red FX3 though. What’s weird is everyone told me that they are super sharp straight out of the box and are great for lineups. I actually had the complete opposite experience, it wasn’t sharp at all but if you try to gap it, then it becomes too sharp. I leave it how it was stock, but I use it constantly for trimmer over comb and beard work. I do a lot of trimmer over comb so for me it’s very useful.
I have heard good things about the red one. That black one is just about the worst trimmer I’ve ever held in my hands. And yes, Cocco is junk. People who promote them and rep them probably haven’t ever tried anything else. I put them down at the bottom along with Caliber, 4MAS, and Andis.

I respectfully disagree. I just got the FX3 black and they are hitters out the pack. I know you’re a barber pro and I’m not but it’s just my 2 cents that’s all.
And I respect that!! Nothing wrong with having different perspectives because that’s what makes the world go round.
Here’s the deal. Some vehicles are lemons on accident. It’s actually pretty common. My FX3 could have been a lemon too. I have no idea. If you watch the whole video, I show its idiosyncrasies throughout. That thing is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever used. It’s awful.
Maybe I got an old one? Maybe they fixed it and yours came off the assembly line at a different time? Who knows! Nevertheless, I’m very happy to hear you like yours because at the end of the day, that’s all that truly matters.

Have you tried the new dual dlc blade from Caliber? It doesn't come on the 22 Stinger, it has to be purchased separately as far as I know.
I haven’t. After the Stinger, I give up on Caliber. I think the Andis GTX blade fits the Stinger and makes it usable, but the #1 issue with that product is the magnetic motor. No trimmer should have a magnetic motor in my opinion. Rotary and Brushless debulk so much better from my perspective.
@@clintmallon i don't have a preference as far as trimmer motors. I do like the Evo & Stinger. The Stinger can be a little loud & the stock blade is somewhat too sharp. It also has a tendency to get warm kinda quick. But the dual dlc is a much better blade imo. A lot smoother & sharp but not as aggressive. I think if they didn't factory modify the tips it would be better

@@clintmallon interesting I actually like the cordless gtx but with a philthy blendz mod and a chameleon blade but half these trimmers do suck straight out the box. The coco trimmer is alright I’m going to try putting a psycho blade on it and see how it hits

Supreme vaders are made by the same company as the coccos
Nobody should be buying the Cocco versions of anything. They’re charging way too much for what you get, while Supreme Trimmer is charging the correct price. They’re nearly identical products, they’re better made, and they come with more goodies in the package too. I support what Supreme Trimmer is doing because they’re awesome for the price. I think Cocco products are a ripoff.
I strongly disagree!!! I have 2 FX3 and they definitely cut way better then any other trimmers i have!!!! The FX3 is is my favorite trimmer now look how much the reds ones are going for!!!
Out of 30 trimmers I’ve used, the FX3 is easily one of the worst barber tools I’ve ever held in my hands. I’m glad you like them because that means you’ll love almost any trimmer out there.
cocco is just rebranded chinese brand called Lence, and it's way more expensive than the Lence, hearing Morono guy who owns it talk about how he designed "worked" years to develop it is utter bs
Love this!! The people need to know because I had no idea how mediocre the Veloce really is.
A guy at the shop has the black BLDC clippers, so I got him to give me a haircut with them. They sounded terrible and even the provided Cocco guards were rattling a little. I asked him to switch back to his Magic Clips and the world was right again. 😂

They say the coco trimmer is a hitter an that's what people purchase it for cause it hits an you can use it on anyone
Any trimmer in the top 15 is a hitter that you can use on anyone. I have the Hyper Veloce at #17 on my website which is exactly where it should go. I don’t like them and don’t recommend them, even if they cost $80-100 which is what they’re worth.
@@clintmallon some trimmers you can use on kids but these they say you can but if I was to purchase I would just get the digital gap ambassador blade but I still think the blade cost too much too even if they digital gap

I respectfully strongly disagree. I'm a barber and I purchased both and my black FX3's hit right out of the box!!! Yours must be faulty!!! I also just recently purchased the COCCO PRO and that also hit right out-of the box!!!! I call Cap but I guess everyone has an opinion. Just say it's not right for you!!!!
After living with 30 trimmers, these are two of the worst I purchased. By a long shot.
But also they are clippers they are not a car people complain about dum things the color seriously but I do agree they all come from china

What does it matter what colour they are or what they look like , these gadgets are glorified woman’s leg ,arm pit & hoochy coochy trimmer / shavers . Why would any man pay rip off price , when they can use a proper man’s cut throat razor , & get better results .
