What filler was used in this case? Would you recommend using the patient’s own fat from abdomen to fill?

I do inject fat for the upper sulcus but this is something that needs a lot of experience.

Hello Doctor, does this patient eye moves left to right, up down like his normal eye? I’m using a prosthesis, but I’m not happy how it looks, my eye still there but it just looks ugly and it’s small, when wearing the prosthesis besides that it doesn’t move quite right, my eye look a bit like this patient first photo, what can be done?

Thanks for your question. Motility is dependent on several factors. The status of an orbital implant and the prosthesis itself are 2 examples of factors that contribute to motility. Furthermore, addressing these factors to improve motility can actually also improve the appearance of the eye. So your treatment plan really depends on your exam, your issues, and your goals.
