@Savy Renting , i would put a rubber ring around the edge of the metal where the high voltage goes in... over time that could be a hazard. You never want sharp metal next to a high voltage wire. I also would use solid state relays instead of electromechanical relays they can fail often with motors and when they fail they usually arch

Have seen tenants wash a single item on multiple occasions. It hurts my soul to know that people would waste in such a manner. But, when it's convenient enough, people will commonly take advantage.
