- In training for a marathon, there is more than meets the eye. Elite athletes make a 30-km run look like a walk in the park. But as CGTN’s Laura Walubengo found out after attending a morning training session in Nandi, Kenya, a lot of hard work and sacrifice goes into becoming a champion marathoner, where training starts four months to competition day.

"Easy Run" of 35 kilometers hahaha. Man, I need to run more.
They are the best runners in the world, There easiest run is my thought of what i dream to be able to do lmao, True athletes
Every human male should have the capability of running 35km. Our persistence hunter ancestors would regularly run 20-30km to chase an animal to exhaustion/death.
@@Erowens98 I am capable of it. It isn’t exactly what I’d classify as easy, however.
These guy doesn't need vehicles to travel lol
I get ptsd when I run over 5Ks cuz my legs start to lock up. 35? 😮
Kenya is such a beautiful country
Nice environment 🔥👊
Good work
Goodstuff Laura! Commendable.
I love running 🏃♂️ I love marathon
I’ve been training for an ultra. I know Kenyans don’t tend to compete in ultramarathons, but I’d love to train here. They have some of the most brutal and effective training in the world from 800m to marathon.
omf the rainbow in the shot. perfect
I’d like to know what to do in order to train with those individuals so that I can run more effectively.
RAINBOW 🌈
More milege to 40km easy run ....my god...give them the power
Have you been also on the highest marathon in the World?

My only thing is stop letting these colonizers come up there and make a living off the back and brand of Kenyans.
