Love Alonso, I wish I could hear him say, "I got a little taste, and remembered why I love it," (concerning signing another contract) just one time. I think that's how he feels inside about driving in general, but likes to be reserve when sharing his feelings sometimes. Good luck Alonso!

The only reason why Olonzo has sind a new contract with OSt. M. is because he has the opportunity to be tream principal in the future. And he is like the big boss there. A strong wind and force in the hall.

Always find it rude when the other drivers chat while one is being interviewed. Social etiquette and respect is a thing of the past.
It's not that deep. Drivers chatting makes the press conferences less stiff and awkward, makes it more laid back and fun and light.

When Zhou says "he's never driven the track in single seaters and doesn't know the layout", like, bro how? I've been racing this track in the F1 games for years lol, hear me out..
I'm not an expert although I'm pretty fast in the games, I only race in cockpit, no assists, no line, etc, and I win a lot, I've been racing since I was like 8, a bit in real life too. So in my mind I know the track, all I'd need is a few laps, perhaps a few tweaks to the setup, make it good on straight line in particular, sacrifice some cornering potential for speed, and then I'd be set. From this point the only thing I'd be concerned about is front tyre wear, and also a car that can hit the curbs well to maximise the track so I can counter the cornering deficit, I'd tune for that and then I'd spend the hour lapping and that would be enough.
I know irl is obvs different, and tracks irl are slightly different to sim so you need to feel them out a bit more, still, If he's serious and saying he doesn't know the track and that's his excuse for doing poorly, I call BS. I call any pro racing driver BS if they aren't even on the level I just described above.
