    Awhile ago some alliance was usurped in our kingdom, left a bunch of players orphaned and now they just run around randomly attacking players in the kingdom. Not really sure what to do with them, they always come back.

    What would be a strategy on a rouge who was threatened by the council to migrate or be zeroed? For instance, the player was kicked from an alliance durring kvk because they were zeroed then the player created their own alliance to create passports only to get a message from council saying migrate before next kvk or get zeroed. Being that the player had already been zeroed he no longer cares about that threat and sees it as bullying so being that he has full t5 and billions of rss in boxes, how could one prevent him from getting revenge on that kingdom and prevent him from going into lost kingdom when the next kvk comes and creates problems .

      If they are willing to leave, then allow them to join an alliance where they can easily acquire passports, monitor to make sure they are being purchased, and ask the player for screenshots of his alliance credits once enough days have passed to accumulate enough to purchase. Unless they are able to purchase them, then that would not necessarily require them joining an alliance. As long as practices are executed from what I talked about in this video, you can apply that to this player as well. As long as you track the player, you will know if a name change happens, and can keep the player blacklisted from joining any others. Could always zero the player again days before kvk starts, to limit any exposure since anyone can go to kvk from a home kingdom. Though if no one has reached out to the player yet to try and communicate, that would be a good first step. Could give more details in a voice call, though hope this helps.

      Yeah it can be. Being in a united kingdom means you have more eyes looking than just one person.
