Fam being 30 mill with 30 million kills isn't active not with 5 seasons in the game everyone farms merits. So she has that low amount farming and war stats🚮 She's yo friend and she's a female so u Wana defend her. But just because u get her t5 don't mean she's all of sudden this good player with good macro to be accepted in top 5 allinacesBut seeing as how she came as a package deal I can see why they accepted one dead weight. @@Kp-dy4ck She's a 30mil player with close to 50m T5 kills without merit farming. All are only from battles and skirmishes in an outnumbered situation. You don't know so you're not qualified to mention how her kills were gained because that's false. Also females, do not interest me. Again, false assumption there. Every notable person in game knows i'm uninterested in vag. Edit: Also, As I said before, Snow doesn't compare to me. He never will. The choice is between his spot vs mine if anything. For this season entry, they'd have to either pick Snow or Me.

BN was using my account to prove his point and in return directly stat shamed without having a bit of context of why these accounts are here. This video is based purely on speculation. I can tell you my stats (and yes I know they are low) are mostly pure war stats as I do not farm kill or merit farm (unless required). As a 30m T4 fighting against the likes of BDO it was rough and even then I had over 5m merits. Literally last month I jumped from 30m to 70m and earned over 10m merits on a slow season against BDO. Right before coming to NOIR, I boosted to 81 and plan on growing some more to prepare for the upcoming KVK. So before you have an opinion about a player and blast them on YT you should try to get insight and accurate context, otherwise you lose credibility. You definitely can learn a thing or two about reporting accurately instead of making assumptions and then using those assumptions to support your opinions. DO BETTER BN! 😂😂😂

I appreciate the kind words. However, I want to reiterate that the players I showed in comparison to Snowman were only meant to be a stat reference. I am not advocating for them to be removed or anything else since I do not know their individual situations or history. It was only meant as a comparison against what Satoru said for why snowman was removed. This is not on the players, it is on management for those involved.

Keep in mind we are not arguing what any players is able to gain from being in a spending alliance, we are highlighting a wrong that was done to a player unjustly and hoping that this opportunity for improvement by leadership is reflected on so things like this do not happen again.

the guy only been in NOIR for last 2 seasons. If he wasn't active enough, then why wasn't he kicked earlier from alliance? The email shows that Satoru kicks 30-35 people at the end of each season.

True, though it could have just been his way of wording that he is reinforcing, he will "continue" to be just as active. Since I've only heard, he has been active and contributed from some that have reached out.

@@RobAdams-l8w As far as I know, Noir removes bottom performers to give opportunities for new recruits to perform and replace the bottom(if the recruits look like they have the potential to do so). If you don't remove the bottom performers, new recruits can't have the opportunity to show their worth. If the recruits do not show their worth they're then removed next cycle. Ultimately, you need to perform and not be a bottom performer if you want to stay in Noir. That's about it.

@@littlericeboy6187 This is EXACTLY what happens, there have been a number of 200m+ players recruited just for them to be kicked the very next season due to low activity. Most of the big alliances in the game have crumbled due to lack of activity and/ or holding on to underperforming players, the way to mitigate that from happening is to bring in new 'promising' players.

@@JRobboNZ It has worked so far up till home kd migration. I believe it will continue to work and when the time comes to deviate from that I trust that Noir leadership will be flexible enough to adapt on the spot for it. They've proven themselves if anything adaptable to whatever the current situation demands

To add on, the challenge is that if you get removed every season, how can you hope to build a stabilized community if you are only instilling fear amongst players there. There, of course, is the chance that not every single player is going to contribute above the goals set, though there ways to approach where you bring in more quality players or have action plans to address those, prior to removing. As the biggest challenge with K5 now is that for players removed from the main alliance, it is basically a death sentence on development since there is no solid 2nd alliance there. Players may view this as NOIR or BUST

Define a "Bad Season" we have won every season since we lost to TFS and most of us in Noir define those winning season as Bad Seasons. Alot of us are still in agreeance that the funnest season we have had has been against TFS because we didn't stop fighting until the very end.

Which is totally understandable when you talk about their size and how they may approach. But what is not okay is being told you are good, only to be lied to and removed shortly after. As this is exactly how it looks.

@@BOSSNASTi That's what BDO does. Tell you that you're what they want, and behind just manipulates and then make a video saying "you're the last people we wanted to work with" Comes around after a couple seasons saying again "it would be great if they were to have just continued with us"

Keep in mind that sharing screenshots and evidence has nothing to do with playing the game. If you are referring to the way management approached this situation with a player and that I don't know what I'm talking about in regards to how those should conduct themselves, I would argue that you sound as though you have not managed alliances long enough to see the difference in how dofferent management styles can affect how their playerbase views them and lead to different outcomes.

I definitely feel bad for Snowman63 with how everything went down for him and potentially others, even though I do not know their specific situations.

EIS goes by stats. Not by power. Simple as that. Secondly. All these top alliances are toxic more so than EIS the difference is they I.e TFS cried a bunch when they lost. Mind you they had 3-4 CZcamsrs at the time they definitely influenced the hate towards EIS. And at the time everyone D ride them. Now will the recent events goes to show how toxic they truly were. Now NOIR is catching drama. As you can see.

Well, to be clear, I did not expose those specific players with any intent to do so. It was simply a soft comparison of a few when showing the reasoning Satoru gave and where snowman stacked up. I could have shown off others that had lower stats than snowman, though the aim was not to call those players out. I simply wanted to show some players that were still in the alliance at that time, whereas a snowman was removed earlier.

Fault on NOIR for bringing all the extra ppl above their member cap in without kicking more people before end of last season. Several people had to spend up to $350 to migrate out when they could had spent 5k gems instead. Also, 20+ people in NO2 which is basically 95% farm and 5% main alliance right now.

I would argue lack of preparation to an extent in needing to know how the "leftovers" will feel and have to deal with the situation for essentially an entire season before more may be able to come in. Along with the migration plan on how many they let in, which was not enough to fill up a 2nd alliance, however maybe they never truly intended to and just found themselves in this situation which they didn't really want. If that is the case, then that is not on them, rather the players that came over, which should have checked with NOIR before doing so.

💯…agreed! this game is never going to be fair, just like life. lol. Just be smart when you play, don’t join a kraken server alliance unless you can keep up with the spend. Every season those guys drop $$$ to dominate. Those golden chests come with price, and it’s steep. So if you are free, low or mid-spender, plenty of solid servers and alliances out there that are a bit more balanced and do a good job recruiting active players regardless of your spending.

@@mockerfab4 The guy was in NOIR for 2 straight seasons while meeting the activity and merit requirements required. Just got kicked in light of a higher power player wanted to migrate to server 5. Not the way to treat players who built up the alliance over the past few seasons.

@@RobAdams-l8w oof, that makes it even worse. Well, I stay away from those kraken servers. They always say they want to be fair, they want activity, they want stats, but it all comes down to how much you spend on golden chests. They make up their own rules, and change them to fit their narrative. I think snowman was safe until some kraken players got recruited and wanted to bring their friends who probably spends a little and are not that active. They had to make room for spenders, so snowman got the shaft.

@@RobAdams-l8w man the should have not been kicked at all if things where as they should be. Our point is that things aren’t. In a server full of krakens you are bound to be a target. That’s why I’m in GG. We got whales in f2p alike. The risks are totally different. People need to understand quickly that with that this type of migration kingdom credibility counts a a lot. Trusting a kraken server who every season forces people to leave is unwise at best. We must check where are we staying. Can’t move along like we are use to.

Keep in mind that mail was not referencing the current situation, I spoke about that in the context of why remove him now when he could have back then and why not consider the hardships that a player will face in that kingdom when removed from the only active alliance, especially as a f2p.

@@BOSSNASTi Makes sense I think 🤔 Idk I see a few issues. 1 is that it is hard to know who you can get into your HK so probably just poor planning. 2 Probably NOIR shouldn't try to get all T5 haha. The reality is the game isn't fun when the competition is super lopsided in either direction.

Kraken servers have no loyalty. NOIR has nephisto, should have been a red flag that maybe you can get cut or burned for basically whatever reason they make up along the way. Still lots of good servers out there to play for, where players stay loyal and stick around even during crappy times.

I will need to think on this one, as I have an idea for how I may be able to still include him in some way.

​@BOSSNASTi nah keep the f2p list f2p. He had his help being high on the list bc of the gold chest from his alliance. He could of waited one or 2 seasons in the sub shell till he had enough permits to migrate. And still keep his spot in the list bc hes just that more active than all the other lower power f2ps
