You should check out Shadow Bay in Mountains Edge. Brand new, Single family homes that are pet friendly with 2 car garages, private back yards, 3 and 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths! Cheaper than townhomes and apartments for rent in the area.

hey thanks for sharing this video. I've been researching and a lot of the reviews are saying The Elysian at Hughes is very unsafe? Drug dealers forcing their way into a mothers apartment at gunpoint, breaking into cars, outsiders using facilities with drug dealers and pimps living at this resident?

Wow that is very scary. I don't know about those incidents, but I can say honestly the closer you are to the strip you will see more homeless people, drugs and unfortunately prostitution near the strip. This community is near the strip an while visiting I did see this in the area.

The Area around this Complex is like a War Zone.. Drive in and out Fast...otherwise the Complex is nice
