who are the owners of these licence that individual will have to register with... what pedigree do they have in transportation... don't get me wrong, the need to organise our transportation is very important but sincerity of purpose is key to a sustainable successful in the sector...The spirit behind the integration of the public and private transport system should be seamless mass movement, revenue should only be icing on the cake!

Lagos is just the “western world of Nigeria”. See thinkers in action. Government in Nigeria needs to go and learn in Lagos.
I here “integrated intermodal transport systems”. If this works, Lagos just matched America and European transport systems.

Lekki Ajah pilot scheme he talks about will not work with over 500 potholes on the road and just one road for the axis. Also, how will the last mile work when there are no functional inner roads from the ikate area down to epe? Lagos state should get serious, lekki regional road construction is at snail speed, and so on.
