As an example, in my case, the green light blinks and xbox reports "kinect is starting.. please wait". But it never finishes. After a while, the xbo reports C9 error and the kinect restarts and blinks green again. What does that mean and which part is broken?

@@comicdubs6117 What makes you so sure? I also get the red light and my power supply is fine. The green light turns on as well as voltage measures ok using a multi-meter. Just because it was the power supply in your case, does not make it the case for everyone.
So mine has a weird error, it'll see people but it somehow cuts the legs off, like it reads people but makes them super short. It's like it doesn't recognize people's legs. Any idea what the issue could be, anyone? thanks in advance.
Im not sure what the problem is with my kinect, my baby accidentally dropped it and now it only turns on when I turn the Kinect all the way looking up and on a weird angle
😭 mines the same it worked before but stupid cex sent me a faulty adapter which f'd up the kinect and my laptop totally bricked both I'm so upset, was hoping the kinect would work still but nope and cex has just said they have no responsibility 😔
