I realize this car is likely getting some expensive custom wheels, so it doesn’t matter how the rear was narrowed. I just received a QP 9” I had built to 60”. Very few wheel options without full custom wheels. I’ve been thinking, a 63” rear axle should require a 6” backspace wheel, which would open the floodgates for off-the-shelf-wheels. That would make any wheel size you order a positive offset, there are so few negative offset wheels out there nowadays. Also, the Viking s must be bigger than the QA1s. The QA1s fit the QP 9” without modification. Super cool to see these parts you chose on your video, thanks!!!
Subbed, following along for the build. I'm Actually getting ready for my full 70 Chevelle build that I've owned since 16 now much older in my days. It will get a full inner frame brace kit with ABC performance rear also. I"ve noticed these clearance issues when running coil overs in the rear. You would think these axle companies would design it both ways for the option of running stock or coilovers.
