But please keep in mind that what your willingness to pay a fair price would mean a lot to supporting these peoples families…rather than paying to charity, these hardworking people on the streets would appreciate you paying them to keep them out of those slums and poverty

Kerala is the birthplace of martial arts. it is where the mother of all martial arts kalaripayattu was born. It's gaining in popularity because it uniquely combines defence techniques, dance, yoga and healing systems. various places in Kerala kalarippayattu is performed on stage it's excellent. lots of people think that martial art was invented in China. actually an Indian monk named Bodhidharma who brought Buddhism to China practiced kalaripayattu and he taught some of it's practice to his disciples in china.

Kerala is more developed than rest of India so it doesn't have street food. But the culinary offerings in Kerala is the most diverse in India.

The white sweet you had, we used to call it "Buddi ki baal" which translates to Granny's hair or as you said Witches hair. The hardened form is another sweet called Soan Papdi if im not wrong.

It's not cereal, you are tasting the sarbath, those pearls are called sabja seeds (Basil seeds) not chia seeds. The basil seeds you had in the drink goes well with milk, water, sherbets (the kerala locals call it sarbath), falooda and desserts.
The boost packet is like chocolate flavoured milk powder added for the flavour. Usually its served for hot or cold drinks to teenagers.
This cafe used the Boost packet to make u guys a Sarbath drink which is delicious 😋
