"In the field of model aircraft, the name Avanti comes from Italian, and its meaning also happens to be going forward.The licensed Arrows Avanti is exactly what the name Avanti stands for, giving inexperienced pilots the confidence to go forward.
Overview:
The integration of Avanti's main wing and tail effectively improve the low-speed handling of the aircraft, significantly lowering the technical requirements. The small-scale size (airframe length 750mm, wingspan 640mm) reduces the site requirements, allowing pilots to take off and land at more sites away from crowds and buildings.
The Avanti, like other arrows hobby small-scale jets, comes without any landing gear to deal with, for higher speed and better vertical performance. Im a huge advocate of the Arrows 50mm edfs. They are without a doubt an amazing bang for the buck on 4s... i run a 40amp esc on 4s to ensure theres zero issue with notor to esc shutdowns
I also use skids to land on the asphalt or pavement without damage to the airframe

Quick question, do you thing the Avanti is as agile and fun as the viper or do you feel its a little bit heavier and more sluggish?
That is a good question! I didn't fly them back to back, but the speed seems solid. The aileron roll rate does seem more sluggish, but I also prefer to fly it in low rates. I can't remember if I tried high rates on the 4S Maiden, but 4S made it even more fun. I let John try 4S on his and now he wants to buy some 4S packs lol NOTE: I hope to edit and drop my Maiden later tonight, daughter's attention span permitting.

Looks great but I hate these small jets don't have rudeer. I know you can fly without but I prefer having one for lining up in landing.

That is a very fair question! The Viper was in a tough spot to get it quickly at the time of shooting this video or it would have been included too. I am happy to post a comparison picture or video on one of my socials if that helps 👊🏻💥👊🏻
