  • Flat-Tracker, scrambler and cafe racer mixed styles custom 1981 bike build sideshow with exhaust video.
    Took me month to build it, really satisfied with result!
    Project still not finished - in winter engine will be rebuilt and painted black, new drag handlebar, new tail light etc.
    Mod list:
    Custom sub-frame
    LED 6.5 headlight and tail light with integrated turn signals
    3D printed front turn signals integrated in forks
    3D printed tail piece
    3D printed fork guards
    Full custom made stainless steel exhaust with baffles
    Custom aluminium hand made foot rests and rear sets
    Hydraulic clutch modification
    Micro reservoir clutch and brake master cylinders
    Custom fiberglass moulded seat base
    Mini li-ion battery and electrical hidden under tank
    Frame mounted twist to start ignition lock
    Hand made internal throttle assembly
    3D printed internal handlebar control button holder
    Stock air suspension with 50mm fork lowering spacer. (springs not cut, 15w oil)

    Also doing an XV with 3D printed parts, but a whole lot more, why fab those awful steel headlight brackets instead of integrating them to your printed fork shrouds ?!

    Printing is so week tho as you can't orientate the layers and it just falls apart !!! It really needs wrapping with glass or carbon at room temp as anything hotter will melt the print
