Originally from Liverpool, me (Andrew The KnightStrider) and Laura moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands 6 years ago, and enjoy showcasing the island and our general life as well as travelling abroad when we can!
Join us today as we walk along the promenade beach front from Los Cristianos, through Las Americas, Torviscas, Fanabe all the way to Adeje Del Duque. How busy is it? What is open? What is the weather like? What hotels are open? See how busy the beaches are and what bars and restaurants are open in Tenerife South over the Easter Holidays (April 2021). Some new businesses have opened and some have unfortunately closed down. The same for shops, some have closed down. Along the way we point out various hotels that are closed and open.
We walk through: Playa Los Cristianos beach, through to Las Vistas beach along side the Golden Mile and Safari Centre, Playa Del Camison, Playa De Las Americas, Veronicas Strip, Playa De Troya, Monkey Beach Club, Puerto Colon, Playa De La Pinta, Kaluna Beach Club, Playa Del Bobo, Playa De Torviscas, Playa De Fañabé, and Plaza Del Duque Adeje.

Quick update on wearing Masks in Tenerife...
Basically the Canary Islands government and the Baleric Islands governments have “overruled” and bypassed the new rules put in place by Spain. This week we had an update to say you now need to wear a mask at the beach and around the pool - this was all across Spain.
This afternoon, there has been some clarification that this DOES NOT apply in Tenerife if you are sat around the pool or sat at the beach...
You should wear one when walking to the beach, to and from the pool etc - which was the case anyways.
So many people who will watch this have made this walk hundreds of times..I can't believe how much I miss Tenerife..these vlogs are just fantastic..

Great vlog guys! Great to see the walk along. Definitely quieter the further away you head from Los Cris but I suppose once you hit Fanabe & Adeje it’s more hotels so probably less tourists. Great to see all the familiar haunts but so sad to see so many closed. Really enjoyed today’s vlog.

I seem to have a new hobby nowadays, instead of walking there myself I'm following these vlogs.
And today I discovered yours, perfect with a lot of information like the beach (thought is it called Camiseta) has less or no rocks anymore and new sand. Thank you and keep up this good work. We really hope to be there somewhere this year again; miss it soooo much. Can almost cry about it. Enjoy it over there! happy Easter.

Love that walk! Me and my hubby always stay at the Adeje Gran in December for a couple of weeks and when it’s cloudy, rather than go to the beach, we catch the bus down to Los Cris and then walk back...the very same walk! Keeping my fingers crossed for a December break this year. Last December was the first year we’ve missed in about 15 years! 🤞

Another fabulous vlog. We do like to do that walk must days, however we stop off several times for some alcoholic beverages along the way. Even though we're we stay is quiet, we would still love to be their. Fingers crossed we can get there in November. Thanks again for the tour. 😎🥂

Hi both, that was an excellent vlog, it certainly showed which were the busier resorts. I stay at Los Americas and do the walk to Los Cristianos daily, in normal times that stretch would be full with the hustle and bustle of tourists. Unfortunately I can't see mass tourism coming back to Tenerife until next year, the situation in Europe doesn't bode well. I hope I'm wrong and that we can all return to Tenerife sooner🤞😎!! Also, after that epic walk I think you both earned a long cool drink....🍹🍺!! Cheers.

Comodoro Los cristianos to papagayo beach club is 5.2 miles return walking. Done that many times early morning before shops open.
