- I am back in Tenerife, lets explore some of Las Americas and Los Cristianos and see what is new in July 2024! We start on the Golden Mile and have a quick look at the Med Palace Hotel before walking along Las Vistas beach where we witnessed the Police catching a street seller. Are they clamping down? We continue our walk to Los Cristianos, checking the beach, Bars and Restaurants along the way!

Glad you're back in Tenerife.I've been to Florida many times but only visited the parks once.Doesn't float my boat at all,but each to their own.
We enjoyed visiting with young family. Gawd, it was hot and humid in June. Don't go in September, there's a reason it's cheaper:- hurricane season.
Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are an hour away and well worth visiting. Years ago it was an easy going restful holiday. Now it's so noisy, crowded and the traffic is horrendous-our friends lived there and would not drive out after 4.0pm.. Some places it can help to know a little Spanish. Apart from that, Florida is a flat swamp.
Don't be tempted to drive down to Key West, it's a long way for not much.
25 euros not 20 euros for The Travelling Lady as went on it today and we mentioned knightstrider! However it was great value, recommended!
As much as I enjoy the Florida vlogs, l love the 'walks' around my fave holiday isle. Can't beat a bit of Tenerife ❤❤❤love it.xx welcome home xx

Tenerife Tez stayed at Med Palace and showed a Double Room and the pool ect, so it will be interesting to see you staying in a Suite especially if it’s the ones with the plunge pool

Not seen anything about protestors in Tenerife but they’re having awful trouble in Barcelona. Protestors squirting visitors with water guns etc whilst they were in restaurants.
We are looking for to check-in in August with our private plunge pool, however the cost for the pool alone is absolutely extraordinary.

By the looks of what I've seen so far, I'd say they should have waited another month at least.
It was well overdue as we all know, and I think they were under pressure to open, so there was all gonna be teathing problems.
We booked a few weeks ago for next June, so hopefully by then, things will have all clicked into place.

Watching on catchup as looking at the sun there is gives a bit of escapism from the horrendous weather in Dublin more like winter than July! I suppose that’s why so many people in a lot of cases apply for loans to get a bit of sun away from dreary Irish and UK summer!
