That was an excellent review. I was very pleased that you commented on the location, supermarkets, bars, taxi ranks etc. These issues become very important when you are suddenly faced with a disability that you need to accommodate, even being on an incline and shortage of seats can spoil your enjoyment and present a problem.

My nan and grandad used to have an apartment there behind where the office building is but it used to be a Mexican. Me and my whole family used to rent the apartments out cos we went once a year. Really nice and calm place, very nostalgic for me

Hi Andrew, thank you for this, brings back happy memories of our stay there we stayed in a private studio belonging to a wonderful lady called Vivian. I can highly recommend the palm ours was just over from the pool with a small enclosed patio would love to stay there again but the hill is a bit of a problem now😂

Your best blog yet, more of the same please. Royal Parms apartments are some of the best on the island. Very nearly bought a apartment in 2014 well maintained, and always looks immaculate.

Looks a lovely place, must be near to where you live, being up the hill? I like the well established gardens, immaculately kept, I guess if the complex was built in the 80's trees and shrubs have had time to grow. Shame there are not many guests staying, seemed eerily quiet. Looks like they pinched your wall mirror for the one bed apartment lol! These reviews are great for people over here deciding where to book, more like this please mate!

Hi Andrew, great memories. Our friends own one of the apartments directly on the top pool (Rosie's Cantina) side. You must know Tommy and Jules as Tommy always dresses up in fancy dress at Christmas and New Year. He's a complete nutter lol

Just to be aware the road by Royal Palm does get very busy, we struggled with parking winter 2019 when staying at our friends apartment

Thanks Kym! Glad you enjoyed it! The mirror is the same, we got ours on Sale in December 😊 the zebra is similar but not the same! Its a small island so people do end up with alot of the same stuff 😆👍🏽😊 stride on!

This is the type of vlog that is going to take you to the next level Andrew. You could do the usual stuff that vloggers are filming about what to do an what to see in Tenerife, but this is going to set you apart (from you know who? :) if you follow it through. There are a lot of people for whom relocating or just having a second home in Tenerife is an ambition and having someone show off apartments and homes could be of real interest. It would also help if you can also show what is going on around the local area of the properties and so tie it in with the touristy vlogs that you do. Good luck!
