If possible I'd also like to see a review for Little Kitty, Big City as it releases on 10/5/24. Untitled Goose Game with cats I think. I’ve been waiting a long time for eiyuden. The game looks incredible and suikoden was one of my favorite series’ as a teen. The lead developer died recently, so I am hoping that for his sake the game is a huge success. Thanks for featuring it here, that should help!
The performance on the switch looks like a mess... 6-7 seconds loading screen before each battle and even the menu is lagging, switching the menus takes 2-3 seconds loading time.
EDIT: and the fact that this game takes 28GB on the switch is just mind blowing, they didn't optimize the port from PC I guess

@@royceflores23 I heard that the PC version is the one with least problems, but let's see if they release a day 1 patch to fix it I guess. I heard that the performance on the switch is also bad, dropping frames when you are walking in the world map.
I CANNOT wait for Whisker Waters. I have always wanted a cozy fishing (not just bassmaster) for sooooo long. And CATS!

Can't wait to try another crabs treasure just based on concept alone, looks hilarious. Whisker waters doesn't look half bad either but that cat may just be the stuff of nightmares.
Idk man the TMNT shredders revenge + DLC hit some pretty hard nostalgia for me man. Took me back to the old beat ‘em up arcade days
Have had my eye on Tales of kenzera for a while really great looking game and good to hear it's only £16. A review on this from you guys would be much appreciated.
Guys support level 5 and get megaton. Level 5 makes amazing games and i dont want them to leave the states again. This is their last hooray trying to stay in the states and not only in Japan. Plus fantasy life is coming soon which is such a amazing series. And we need yo kai in the states...its a better version of Pokémon. And not even close

I love mechas but how is the musashi game? Neeever heard if it or level 5 studio. Can you even compare it to Armored Core?
I was already interested in Megaton Musashi, but having those classics, especially Mazinger, seals the deal for me

I've been interested in the Tales of Kenzera: Zau game since it was announced. But that a game about dealing with grief would be released at a time when I myself am struggling with grief, that feels nearly like fate. I really hope the game is as good as it looks. It may help me deal with my own loss...

Lots of good stuff this week. Eiyuden Chronicles and Whisker Waters look good, and I have extremely high hopes for Another Crab's Treasure. Insurmountable looked interesting when I first saw it, but after watching some gameplay footage and other reviews a few days ago, I think I'll give it a pass. Just too many other things to play right now and in the coming weeks. Thanks for helping keep everyone in the loop!
Megaton Musashi W reminds me of that gamecube game Custom Robo and I loved that game. Will def look into it and buy.

The game that had attracted my attention and came out 5 days ago is Dream Tactics. It's said to be a GBA-style card-based tactical RPG. It seems that goes with a bit of humour too. TRPGs are my thing😊😊😊

I already played the class of heroes games but definitely picking that one up. Having dungeon crawlers on the switch is the best way to play them.

There's another TMNT game coming this year that's a rouge like. Splintered fates or something of the sort. I think I read online multiplayer and I'm beyond hyped for that one
Wrath of Mutants will be better. Splintered Fate doesn't have local co-op only online co-op. I need something both me and my son can play together. Streets of Rage 4, Tmnt Shredders Revenge had local couch co-op.
@@misterlexx2721 turns out wrath is dog water. Better off playing the last I've but if you want a really good one I'd recommend both river city girls and fight n rage. The last is niche but it's fun as heck
@@Cthulhusdreams Wrath of Mutants is really not a succesor to Shredders Revenge. It was made back for arcades in 2017 , a good 5 years before Dotemu revitalized a classic beat em up franchise. It's important to note that beat em up masters Dotemu has nothing to do with this TMNT game.

I really want Eiyuden Chronicles, but I’ll be getting that for Xbox, I think. The graphics and performance of EC: Rising were really rough on Switch, and that game had much more simplistic locations than this one seems to.

Eiyuden Chronicle Rising wasn't just a strech goal, it helped directly funding the main title by sells. Also, if you have a Rising save file, some things are getting transfered over like your character's weapon stats and names as well as the local delicacy sold in that village. I called mine Garoo's Cake ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I have a little girl and she’s a big fan of Ninja Turtles like her dad so you know what game I’m picking up.
TMNT Cowabunga Collection might be more worth checking out, it has quite a few retro Turtles Games from arcades and home consoles, ‘Turtles In Time’ being a favorite among fans.
@@Wil_Dsensefunny how you mentioned that but we actually played the collection yesterday. Unfortunately she not really into the 1990 Ninja Turtles. Her favorites are the one that this game is based on and the newest series.

Eiyuden Chronicle is totally worth it on every platform EXCEPT the switch... at least right now. There are so many performance issues on the switch. Either wait for a patch or get it on literally any other platform.

SD Gundam Battle Alliance. Do missions, get better, and unlock gundams with your own skill! (Not for soft players with weak mindset. Lots grinding but worth it)
Honestly this is a pretty big week for gamers. Two big RPGs, a u playable souls game, a good looking Metroidvania game and a TMNT game even if its by gamemill games and that is s big red flag for me.

100% agree on 2012 TMNT... best Splinter and back story ever. Also never heard of that arcade game (nor are there many places it could have been)... but I'm curious.
That other TMNT game coming up that was featured in the IndieWorld spotlight also looks interesting.
