I've been playing guitar for about 9 years and I'm about to start playing bass just expand my musical palette. I love these lessons something really good for me to learn and groove off of. Thank you ladies for all of the teaching, that really helps us intermediate players. Thanks again. 😃
Derek Jennings that’s Aweosme! Thanks for stopping by! If you have questions, please ask! I’m always trying to keep these as easy as possible, so your understanding of what I’m doing is important to me.
I love the approach to this song .thanks for the video 👍👍
Love this!
I play it with an 8 string bass and as you'd probably guess it really fills it out. You're right saying it's a groove .
Just think about the fact that John Paul Jones played the bass part with footpedals while he played the keyboard. Remarkable.
Você é maravilhosa!!!
Thank you I need to learn this song and I swear there are no resources for Led Zeppelin !! Rush was way easier in some ways solely because there was a lot of info !! Thank you so much I also get a boast when I see female bass players :)))
Nice
Did you ever try dropping the E to D? I did that when I was playing this in a one guitar band. It, in my opinion, reaaly added a lot of depth.
Love your J Bass!!
That’s a great idea! I’ll have to try that out. Thanks!
Hail Hollyyyy, s2
Why didn't you play the keyboard on that song ?
Traveling with keys is hard for a lot of people, so I transcribed it for bassists that still want to play it live with their band.
