    In this Back / Bicep gym SPLIT routine we hammered Back with VOLUME, followed by training Biceps with full intensity.
    Whenever we are training two MUSCLES at a same time, always remember to CARB up specially when training to gain size.

    i cant perform bicep workout after i hit back coz back workout invovles lot of pulling movements so i cant utilise the full potential of my bisceps, plese have a workout consisting of splits- back n shoulders, legs n bisceps

      One of my friends used ON weight gainer, that also 2 containers, he was 55-60 kg and now he is 75kg
      and he looks ugly as fuck all his weight gain is fat, 15kg of fat!
