Construction of Fantomas' flying car based on the film and Corgi Toys model no. 280.

I always wondered why none of the top diecast model manufacturers in the 1960s made a Fantomas flying car toy. I decided to fix it and in today's video I present such a car, which in my opinion fits into the models of the 1960s. I used similar technologies to manufacturers who created toys such as James Bond's car, Black Beauty or other models from Garry Anderson's series. I used a Corgi car as a model because its chassis was the easiest to install the retractable wing mechanism. I created a box for this project that is a combination of classic Corgi boxes and my graphics. Thank you for watching the video, I publish car repair videos on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I did a little search and found out who was Fantomas and saw the car your model is based on.
You’re right when you said basically how it was a shame that this flying car wasn’t made back in the time of Bond’s Aston Martin and the Green Hornet’s Black Beauty.

Always a pleasure to watch. When it comes to the bodyshape this is a very good base. The the rear wheels are however too far forward. Years ago I used a cheap copy to turn into the green 1955 introduction show car. It also had the same bad moulding. I am still quite pleased with the end result except those rear wheels. One day…. 😁
