I had a hard time trying to figure out who Pink Crocodile was until like the second-to-last song, but I was still shocked that when I realized who it was, it was the right choice.
I know his voice too well. I donât even have to guess I can identify his voice. True BSB fan right here. For me his voice is distinctive and it was so obvious lol. Love it.

And also considering how long heâs been singing, itâs like heâs aging like a fine wine.. sometimes singers begin to lose the edge especially approaching 40s, but nope.. heâs got the ballads, the range, falsetto, you name it. Ps not a Nick Carter fan, just willing to appreciate talent when I hear it!

Itâs crazy isnât it. When they first started, Brianâs voice was miles and miles ahead of Nicks. Now Nicks voice is quite a bit stronger than Brianâs.
Firstly "miles and miles ahead" is a very very huge exaggeration. Secondly, Nick's voice is a country mile stronger than literally everyone in BSB right now. He is the best singer in the band by far. The way Nick sings today, I bet no BSB ever even sounded that strong even in their primes let alone today, when Howie has a stronger and more consistent pitch than former lead singers.
I was so heartbroken when I didn't guess Nick! OMG he was my first idol love, and I didn't even catch the little hints in his voice that give him away! Omg, a legend voice. I love him.
I feel like he would've won if he sang Don't Stop Believing instead. I know he loves Journey and Open Arms was a ballad so assumed a more solid choice, but his voice is built for rock n roll, which Don't Stop Believing would've given him. He might have even won.
I really disagree buddy. I kinda see where you are coming from, but at this point everyone thinks Open Arms is one of the best performances of this entire show vocally and by far the best of finale. He got eliminated in a really fishy way and even if he sang Don't Stop Believin', he would have lost regardless cause he was going to get robbed either way. FOX sadly want a black person in final two everytime so they had to avoid controversies and sadly this happened. They had to put either Nick or LeAnn at number 3. Nick already has one of the most accomplished and long lasting careers(dude had a number 1 billboard album in 2019) so winning this show would have done no favors to him than it would have to LeAnn.
