I also had a small section of drills that wouldn't stick to my canvas and I was able to use clear fingernail polish to adhere them

I’ve used Aleene’s Tack It over and over. I just paint it on with a paintbrush and it seems to work great!

Aleens Tack It Over and Over works great too. Just FYI. I’ll have to try this glue next time I have a small spot. The tack it works good for big and small areas.

Hello! I hope you don’t mind my question, there’s a section in my canvas that lost its stickiness and I plan to use the quickie glue pen to fix it. Is it best to stick the drills when the glue is wet or dry?

I'm working on my second project ever and for some reason the clear plastic cover has stuck to the glue on the canvas in some places and is actually pulling it up and off the canvas so maybe I'll have to do this if my diamonds don't stick to those places. I replaced the messed up plastic cover with a baking sheet so it won't get any worse at least. Thanks for sharing

@@kirstenness6817 that sucks🫤 I don't know why that happens. Fortunately I personally don't think I'll have too much problem because my sections where it stuck were pretty small

My diamond painting came in defective and the diamonds does not stick properly, the sticky parts is very weak and when I roll the canvass, the diamonds fall. And that's the case with the whole painting. Can I do this and just do it in small sections so the glue won't dry out?
This is a great tip. Will it help to wait until the glue is half dry? Or will it make it dificult to move the drills if they come on a bir wrong? Do you come back to staigten the drills before they are dry, since it is on the edge? Or do they not move out to the side when drying?

Glue sticks do not have the permanent glue and may discolor and flake off
