Yes but not as much as his Nensha video. North star of Nija is amazing too. Orbit Culture is amazing and Christopher is a machine
I absolutely adore Orbit Culture and Christopher is such a good drummer this was a brilliant. The sound of his drums, just stunning whilst being clean, precise and brutal.

Very, VERY talented musicians. Met them twice after concerts, and it’s hard to meet more humble people. Super talented and nice guys. F*cking LOVE them. They deserve to get all the attention, and even more. Every song they do is so well produced it’s actually ridiculous! 😂 They write their songs with so much heart, love it.
These dudes are FIRE man!!! Christopher is a GOD among Men. He is one of my favorite drummers. the sharpness and power is crazy. How fast he transitions his feet is amaze balls.....He also has a Nensha playthrough..... I like how you react man, new sub right her brother

Nice. You're the first drummer to react to a drum playthrough of theirs AND it's the less popular choice of song. Well done, sir. The drums in OC songs are really something, such creative choices, even for the straight up headbang songs (like Carving). I first found them through Saw, with the old drummer, who was also damn impressive (Sun Of All is still one of my most favorites), but the second song I saw was Nensha...holy moly, Nensha...what a tour de force. Vocals and drums are stand out, to me, though that's not to take anything away from the other two. Nothing would work without them, after all.
Would be curious about your opinion about them using tracked drums in certain situations. For me, I don't just not mind, I'm extremely happy with what they do with it. But I do know there's loads of purists out there.
While I'm posting anyway: for a drummer, I would highly suggest looking at a drum playthrough of the band Sokoninaru.
I think i first heard about orbit from galactic empires channel. I don't remember which song but i remember being super impressed. It might have been north star of nija. And you were completely right about the song i picked. I didn't see any reactions to it so i decided to go the different route. So tracked drums versus organic. Well i would have to know the reasons why they choose tracked drums(im assuming you mean pre-programmed). I doubt it's because of a lack of skill level on Christopher's part so it could be an audio engineering where they need a specific sound that makes sense for the song and mix. I think when it comes to studio recording you do what you have to do to get a good quality recording. As long as it can be played live too i definitely see no harm in it. Hell most studios add samples over the original kit anyway to beef up drums and to help them blend in or cut through a mix better.

Yeah i can definitely see the syncopation in the rhythms which would explain why there is such a driven pulse to some of the parts. And lmao Daniel Bryan perfectly expressed what i felt at that moment

Leo McCain is a drummer you probably never heard of. He is ridiculous. He is in the band worm shepherd. Ritual hymns is one of my favorite metal songs of the year. One of a the great blackened deathcore bands out there

Saw Orbit Culture last week in Atlanta opening for Avatar. They sound great live. I know little about drumming, but his drumming came off as effortless, but HUGE sound. My only complaint was they were the first opener with just a 7 song setlist. Should have been given the 2nd slot over Veil of Maya. Hopefully, they're headlinig next time in US as they should. OC crushes!!!

I don't understand how he goes that fast and gets a good strike each hit still. Feels... Like something doesn't add up.
kicks are heavily triggered for sure , hence why you hear the exact same sound on each note. Still plays it though. Aint no different from pluggin in a guitar into an amp
