you need to pick coredash at the start/get it after beating monk, then just hold jump in the air

how do you do the thing where you pound the ground then dash forwards

shift on keyboard
r2/rt on controller
then parry when you hit the ground

healing from ground parrying and reacharging from drone are dumb and exploitable i hope he changes that on release

I always get a lot of lag when skipping cutscenes

turn off all the optimizations in the main menu (the speedrunning mod auto does it for you)
