I have this sketchbook, can't draw in it, because many pages are sewn at once and do not lie flat. Will cut pages and draw separately. The paper itself is ok for my taste.

Ah yes! You’re right, the way the book is stitched could cause problems. It doesn’t lay flat but it worked ok for me once I’d clipped it down. Thank you for watching and commenting 🙏

I didn't know they were making sketchbooks and brushes. I have quite a collection of their paints though. I haven't painted enough with them to have an informed opinion. Sometimes I find them a little weak, sometimes I like them . The paper seems to be Magnani judging by the label on the back cover. Again, not a favorite. Will have to give it a few more tried.

I’ve never tried Renesans products before. The brushes look similar to the Roman Szmal brushes; but I can’t tell whether they come from the same manufacturer.
