Agreed, man. From season 4 it started to really dip with all the child squabble and love interests. Still very watchable but for the most part forgettable. First 2-3 seasons are great.

Fantasymphony II was recently put on sale, and that was a few months before this concert, so this should probably come soon'ish.
I saw this incredible concert live in Copenhagen last year. It was absolutely breathtaking. It was broadcast live on radio and later as a sort of documentary on television. But I don’t think you can find it online.

Christine Nonbo Andersen is part of the 18 person Danish National Vocal Ensemble (DR VokalEnsemblet), which members are both the choir and soloists for this song. The Danish female soprano soloist Anna Miilmann Orłowicz and the Swedish male bass soloist Johan Karlström are also both part of the Danish National Vocal Ensemble. And the South Korean soprano Jihye Kim (next to Danish soprano Christine Nonbo Andersen) has also performed as a soloist with this Danish National Symphony Orchestra on the The Fifth Element - DIVA DANCE, also uploaded to this channel. All 18 members of the Danish National Vocal Ensemble are very talented singers. The ensemble consists of 5 sopranos (all female), 4 altos (3 female and 1 male), 4 tenors (all male) and 5 basses (all male).

His voice is usually well suited for this type of music. I feel it was too baritone for this particular piece, though. It's supposed to sound more ethereal.

Nu har fruen og jeg fulgt vores symfoniorkester i en længere periode, og vi synes selv, vi er ret musikalsk erfarne med både klassisk wienermusik, barok, ja og ROCK, heavy metal osv. dybt under huden, og vi betragter os selv som personer, der favner bredt.
Jeg spiller selv klassisk guitar (i 45 år) og Yngwie Malmsteen og Van Halen (i 35 år), og min kone er fra Rusland og er dybt betaget over vore vikingrødder, der jo også inkluderer "Rus", som det hed i sin tid, før div. (idioter) tog over. Odin, Thor og vore guder blev senere til Yarilo mv. i det daværende "Rus" (prøv at søg på dette navn og sig mig, om ikke de træfigurer er en tro kopi af Odin, de i sin tid kaldte Yarilo... Vi har vist alle været næsten samme sted, engang, og det var måske bedre!
Vi har naturligvis set Vikings især sæson 1-4 adskillige gange, og hvis man kombinerer vores helt enorme begejstring for BÅDE vort helt igennem enestående (og må jeg foreslå, måske endda verdens bedste) symfoniorkester, SAMT en helt igennem fantastisk serie om "vore alle sammens" vikinger, ja så er der jo dømt 200 % succes... Håber I hos symforniorkestret og DR Koncerthuset fortsætter med at lægge disse videoer op, og gerne også mere filmmusik, og måske Beethovens 5. for fuld udblæsning, i sin fulde længde... Så bliver der ikke et øje tørt, her. Og resten af verden bliver således mere og mere bekendt med jeres perfektionisme og særegne, ja nærmest bjergtagende visuelle arrangementer... For ikke at glemme det skyhøje musikalske niveau... Tak fra Lars og Anastasia. (Anstasia vil gerne høre Tchaikovsky fra jer, også... naturligvis).
