    Thank you for the info but how do u manage the color showing when you pick the yarn along the other side

      I know this is late, but for anyone else wondering: if you use tapestry and run the yarn through the stitches then it can show through a little. Depending on how much contrast there is between the yarn colours and how tight the stitch is (eg single versus double/treble) it might be not too noticeable, or very noticeable.
      If you use the intarsia technique then you probably want your work to be one-sided ie clothing where the outside won't be on show, because it will be more noticeable on the wrong side of the work.
      To me, the massive upside of intarsia is that it doesn't waste yarn or add bulk because you aren't carrying each colour all the way through the work, and it won't show from the right side. Personally, I would only use the tapestry technique on blankets.

      Es la diferencia entre la técnica tapestry y la intarsia. En la primera se esconde la cola y se corta, mientras que en la segunda se cruzan las hebras y no se corta. La ventaja de la última es que te de un tejido reversible y no queda tan acartonado como con la otra tecnica
